Who needs friends when your girlfriend is the hottest girl in uni? The only friends you might make are those eyeing your girl. For sure when u dump your girl or vice versa, there will be lots of "friends" offering sympathy, hopefully girls. For now you should focus on your girl, that will make her feel extra special.

To be youreself. if destined to make friends
just be yourself and say hello to who you wanna meet. be honest. because you cant make friends with lies..
Be yourself, do what you like to do. You will meet them on your path. If your purpose is to make friends, you can make but they will not be what you are really seeking for.
I have 3 tips, about what you've to do :
1. If you want to start making more friends, you have to become a regular. Somewhere. Anywhere. Because, in order to become friends with someone, you need to have regular, unplanned interactions.
2. Be sociable and interesting. Make sure you have your best face on.

Get a Dog. They are the best. If you want a good friend, be a good friend yourself. Loyal, caring, trusting- unless you're getting a dog, in which case you can isht on his food dish every day.
Smile, health, wealth (joke) - this will help you to have friends. But the best friend is God.
In order to have a friends you have to be Good in them.By communicating , joking, hanging in different places , shopping in mall , Eating outside , and etc. And be true to them 
First: How old are you? After a certain age (let's say 30) it's incresingly difficult, for most people, to make new friends.
Second: maybe you're trying to make friends with the wrong people?... I mean, if you had things in happen with them neither you, nor the other party would get bored.

In order to be interesting you need to constantly develop and follow all the news, you need to find yourself a hobby about which you can not only tell, but also show to seem very interesting.
I usually find friends in the game
Get out and be kind with the people. They will appreciate you for that
Be nice, be patient, be a listener.
