Just don't ignore everyone, greet them and don't snob them, laugh on their jokes and act like you like what their hobbies are and pretend like you have the same favorites.
Be nice, and have a jolly sense of humor. Don't be weird and just express yourself.

Mostly you have to get out of the house and meet new people, be always positive and attract the others near you, from there you can do it
You can make friends in so many ways .making friends can be hard when you are considered. just try to be yourself, and outgoing.start talking to people, don't be shy. also, if you see someone all alone, go up to them, try to be their friend. But if you see someone that looks nice and you want to try to be their friend, go up and give them a compliment, try joining a local club or group, you will definitely make new friends.

Just be yourself and do something for others and mostly smile in that way you will be able to attract people that accepts you for who you are and being able to have a mutual benefits around you.
Just say hi and smile and ask them that if they want you as a friend
make them feel good and find good side of your friend

Honestly just go out and do the stuff you love. You'll become a more interesting person and thus finding other interesting people with the same hobbies.
Be kind to others. Always respect them and help them when they need help and when you're able to help them. Be true to yourself so you can be true to them too. Don't lead them bad things instead lead them to God. Appreciate them, their good works and efforts. Show them love and care for them so that they would feel loved. Learn to understand them but do not tolerate their bad deeds.
To make friends you must have a good attitude and also a pleasing personality. Having many friends is the most important because there always be there for you if you need anything and they always think that you are also good to them.
Try to be more interesting, think of life stories or situations you can tell. I used to think of myself as boring or antisocial, sometimes I still do, but it helps if you can be a little outgoing or at least put yourself in situations where you have to get out of the house and be around people.
