Your question does really need commonsense for it to be answered. Making a gambling site just relying on ads or donations would be a dumb thing and its just like you are just throwing money on the concept inside of your mind. You are making a business and expect no one would give out donations for you and ads earnings wouldnt be sufficient even how many players would go to your site. If you dont like to lose big then better not to proceed on this plan, we know chances of some lucky guys on playing gambling is possible which would possible burn a hole in your pocket once they hit it. 50% chances results are random and setting a ratio against win or lose doesnt guaranteed anytime because it would depend on users luck on playing too. Lets say 50% chance winning. ratio on last 10 bets = 6W/4L next 4w/6 lose, in this example its all random ratios.

But if you use only BTC from faucet when you gambling, You are definitely not lose your money no matter what happened. So i think the OP question is still possible.
Isaw already many user here that only play with faucet coin and they can manage to have profit.

Exactly, no matter how professional or thoughtful or insightful you become you will still loose at gambling so people should just not lie to themselves but rather accept reality that you can loose any time since it's a game of chance. I accepted this reality the very day I began gambling and that's the reason why it's been difficult for me to be addicted but I rather make correct decisions because I'm always having a cool head.

We are talking here about Gambling and it is impossible not to lose money on this track, this thing is only compose of two situations, either you win or lose, and if you want to lose any money, then just simply not go to the gambling world, because if you get yourself in and get addicted on it, it would be hard for you to get out and quit because you are losing too much.

So like gamefaucet but without the + house edge. I think if it is 0 it will work. Over the long term it will not lose you not make you money. However please remember you must make sure your bankroll can handle the wins. Maybe keep the casino to low bests only. Like a mini casino. I think even with a house edge of 0 you could still profit because of greed.

PvP gambling site without houseedge sounds nice but you need a big player base for this to work.

But you need to have a bankroll if you want to implement a game mode for single player.
You cant simply hope that players will lose half their games...at some point in the beginning you will probably end up in red and you need to be able to cover those losses.
Since you dont wanne take a houseedge in that case as well you might have a hard time to get the site running simply from ads.

Either get yourself enough btc to allow players playing against your house and each other with zero he and hope for the best in your ad revenue or simply dont run a gambling site since there are already plenty of them and without bankroll or houseedge you are going to have a hard time.

0% house edge PVP coin flip is nice, but you won't get any money from it.
Roulette with 0% house edge is roulette without zero

I'm about to launch a "gambling" website soon which will not take any fees at all and will only live off ads/donations (not sure how well it will go, but we'll see). So the chances to double your money would actually be 50%, not a bit lower. I already have implemented a coin flip mode, where one player creates a new coin flip game and the other joins it, but I also want to create a mode which does not require a second user. For example slots or roulette, since you can play it alone and don't need to wait for a second player. One of the main reasons I want that kind of mode is that because most likely at first the website will not be frequently visited and I don't want users waiting minutes (or even hours) just to play a single game.

And I could make a mode that you could play alone, but what if someone keeps winning and winning? The money the player wins won't come from someone else, but from me. And I don't want to risk losing everything myselfmyself and then not have enough money to give out.

Anyways, I need an idea for a gamemode that a player could play by himself (WITHOUT a house advantage) without there being any other users on the website, while I wouldn't have to risk losing big money myself, because some user got lucky.

I think this is impossible, but perhaps there is some way, I've been thinking of something like "out of every $10 played, $5 will be lost", but I believe it could be abused and what if someone bets a huge amount once and wins?


So, any ideas?
