I think that losses, as well as income, should be treated calmly. Otherwise, no one will be able to withstand this level of stress. So best of all - study carefully what you are investing in and learn how to safely perceive the benefits and losses.
You can always avoid that stress if you are risking money that you can only afford to lose.
Before you decide to invest, you should already know that you can also fail or succeed  so things would be easy to accept, besides its important to be realistic all the time as that is the only way we will be able to grow or stop when we are convince that investing in crypto is not really for us.

The first thing you should do if you experience a large loss is:
1. re-analyzing our mistakes
2. wait until the situation is normal
3. Don't be eager to always buy
4. be patient
I hope these tips can help to reduce your losses even though it won't fully work but at least for reference material

But you should be preventing the large loss in the first place. You mistake was to let the small loss (like any trader will allow through stop loss) get bigger. Most of the time, people who lose big just did not follow the basic first move: have an entry and exit strategy. Exit is not just profit but also loss.

Indeed, in a collapsing market condition, of course, our feelings are depressed because the price of our coins is reduced. To manage losses, it is better to make long-term investments for coins that have low volume. Or do daily trading and I think this is more fun because we can make a profit every day?

At times things go out of our control like this pandemic situation which has resulted in price falling in various markets. But for a long-term perspective it is also a good time because things will not remain same the way it is and in future it will be better so buying now is a good option as you are getting same thing at less price. Also, for short term those coins which you think won’t be rising back or will take forever better to sell it out in a limited loses and buying with that money good coins which will recover your loses and give profits in future.

Risk management is something  you can easily apply for your strategy. You know , you can manage losses and with good approach you will earn money on a distance!

In trading, we have to calculate the risk management otherwise, it is impossible for us to sustain in this crypto market. We should always hold the profits we have made because within a short period of time the prices of altcoins will start decreasing and it is impossible for us to recover them.

I have experienced this and I lost around $ 5,000 in 2017, I was depressed for about a week but I always tried to erase it from my mind and since then I no longer invest in 1 coin except investing in bitcoin
meaning you can invest solely in Bitcoin?because there is an exception from other coins.though i Second this post since Diversification is still the best way to keep your investment safety and most specially if you are investing in crypto with so very volatile market.
but always put bigger part of your money In Bitcoin and segregate the others to at least 3-6 different currencies that you know can bring profit in semi long term or even long investing.

how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
thanks in.advance..
in this type of field we don't expect any loss and profit because no one will predict the future but if your loss will happen to your investment we don't need to manage it just ignoring will be the best idea because if you continuously circulating on the same field will not give you any profit so make the way to the other field or other investment will give you some better profit instead of managing the loss.

Until you sell, in reality, you haven't lost anything. If you think some of the coins you have invested in are projects with potential, in my opinion, better to keep them until the market recovers.

for me when I lost something in this field I don't feel about much more for that because once you have disappointed with this field then getting out from that situation will be huge difficult to survey here so don't think about losses but think about how we manage the lost very easily.

There can be many strategies for this. Due to high volatility of crypto, stop losses are not very useful for most coins except maybe some top ones.
Except for short-term traders, long term investors can keep most of the money in top coins and small amounts in other less known ones to limit losses.

The key I think is not to panic, and to try to look at the long term picture. Don't make trades just for the sake of it and trying to recover losses. Instead look at what the longer term may bring, where the good projects are likely (I think) to rise substantially. Definitely don't panic, that is the most important. Diversification isn't necessarily the answer.
Panic will always get associated with trading. Another way to get away from losses is to hold the assets and sell when the market turns bullish. Losses in the cryptocurrency trading system is common. Going for long term holding will surely give assured profit on the investment. Managing losses is possible when your focus is long term.

It seems to me that with the current state of the cryptocurrency market, all strategies are possible to eliminate not only risks, but also losses. Each user has his own views on the current situation and his own ways of solving problems.

I do not even know how to answer this question, because it is practically impossible to manage my losses. We can minimize the risks, but the consequences are no longer correct.
