Let say for gambler's who have alot of free time to gamble but have limited cash flow and decide to bet with just little amount to stay on for a long time, may fine this advice a twisting head for him since it will be opposite of what his believe is and how he managed his bankroll all the while.

Secondly bankroll management is very important to both those who gamble for the fun and those that choose gambling as means to make some profits, so regardless what your position is one indeed need a workable bank roll remain above waters while gambling.

Yes it is quite confusing because to be able to last a long time running a gambling session it requires a possibly larger amount of budget, while the situation in question is those who want to gamble for a long time but have limited money, I think gambling should not be an option when you are in that situation, or if you still want to gamble then of course there must be a limit to the time, or that means you don't expect that you can last longer using limited capital.

But actually the desire can be realized if in the session you are really in a lucky position which means luck will be able to bring you to victory in the sense that the situation can make the amount of your capital increase, but yes however luck will not always come according to your wishes, but I'm sure it can happen. On the other hand yes of course bankroll management is always an important part that a person should have when he is involved in any of the activities that involve money, but if you realize that your situation is really not supportive to realize your desire then I think it's better to eliminate the desire.

1. Set a budget
2. Divide your bankroll or budget
3. Determine and manage your bet size
4. Play safe

For the benefit of those who are lazy to read then these are the actual points on which OP did post in regarding to this. Yes, these are the things that you could potentially be that be able to make yourself that follow
and made yourself that be able to have that kind of longevity towards gambling session without making yourself that getting addicted on which this is really indeed true. It is really just that there are people
who are really that not that much that good when it comes to self control and discipline on regarding their actions. This is why no matter how basic these things are but if someone doesnt have that
proper or enough control towards self then it would really be just that useless.

There are really just that people who are really that not mindful about stuffs about talking about future as long they've been able to deal up with something on which they do know that they could potentially break even with their loses on which we know that when it comes to gambling this would really be that a rare moment or a few could be able to manage on achieving such stuff, but of course it would really be needing up that
extreme luck as we do all know for these things to happen.

All these are good rules to read and hear about.

But does a gambler really care reading advice from others? They started gambling in the first place to make big money and they are unable to achieve it - and the machine to make that money is right in front of them, hence they will never think about bankroll management but only how to acquire more money to wager, be it taking a loan, stealing money or worse.

Hence the wording "maximize winning potential" is wrong. If you want to win maximally, you need to stop betting completely, suck up the losses and move on.
True, while the advice given by the OP is good, unsolicited advice is often ignored by the people that need to listen to it the most, and this is because they are not really ready to hear the truth, very often those people have to hit rock-bottom to consider listening to the advice of others, and even that is not a guarantee, since they could be so obsessed with gambling already they will prefer to believe their own lies over the truth.

Yes, it is, but it is easier said than done. We all know that bankroll management is very important, but we tend to forget that as we go along. I have had a lot of problems managing my bankroll in the past because we tend to become too excited and put an excess bet on what we should allocate. This usually happens when we lose and want to chase our losses when we forget the allocation and go ahead and exceed our bets.

Not chasing losses is a very hard thing to do. I think it's underestimated. Most times we talk about it as something we can just switch on and off. It's very difficult, especially when I have money. If I do not have much money on me at the time, I might be forced to stop gambling, but when there's money on me, I always have the urge to want to win back what I have lost. Sometimes when I set out a certain percentage for gambling for the week, I might use all that money in a day or two and this would make me go over the estimated amount I planned to use for gambling for that week. It's takes a lot of discipline, I'm not there yet but I'm getting better at it. I have come to realize that it's a constant work in progress, I don't think anybody masters it.

There are even times when you'll be tempted to stake very high on a particular game. This happens to me when I'm only looking at the potential win and how huge the amount may be. Greed sets in and I want to win big. Like I said, it's a constant work in progress.

You sound as tho if he wrote it that way you won't be the first to frown on it, when a newbie does wrong you complain and when it's done right you also complain, there is no pleasing you guys on the forum, try to appreciate someone if it's done right, and leave your sentiment at home.
Come on man, you sound offended. If my reply offends you. I'm sorry. I was only stating the obvious and there is no place where I told him not to write a long text. Read it again. I told him that it could be tiresome to some readers(which is the truth) and went on to summarize it the best way I can. So why the hate?Anyways, if my text offends you, I am sorry. Love and light.

I have always learn how to manage my bankroll when I am gambling. What I do is that, I have a gamble budget which I do set aside after I get paid. This is the money that I do use to gamble. Sometimes if I gamble more than my daily budget, I might not gamble the next day.

Sometimes when I am very busy, I don't gamble during those periods. Whatever makes me exhaust my gambling budget, I stop gambling until it is refilled the next pay day. Having time limit for your gambling activities is also good, as it helps to control addiction.

The whole wall of text that you have written which can be tiresome for some members to read can be summed up as follows- a proper bank roll management will keep you from irresponsible gambling that can spiral into other areas of your life and make you a miserable person. Misery can come from the loss of your relationship because of your unhealthy gambling habits and activities. If you lose money, can get it back but it more painful when you lose the trust of your significant others in your life because of your irresponsible gambling.

You sound as tho if he wrote it that way you won't be the first to frown on it, when a newbie does wrong you complain and when it's done right you also complain, there is no pleasing you guys on the forum, try to appreciate someone if it's done right, and leave your sentiment at home.

Anyway OP you've done well I can't imagine the time it took to do some research for this, you have written everything clearly and also made good points.

Bankroll should be considered as an must practice for anyone who gamble often cause thus can really be a big change and help reduce improper spending on gambling, like you said if you have a budget stick to it, that way no one would get lost spending yo much on gambling than he ought to.

Remember, Bankroll Management is essential for responsible and successful gambling. It helps you stay in control, make informed decisions, and maintain a healthy relationship with gambling.
Op you have don well with this, actually Gamblers most times over looks the fact that no matter how much we profit from gambling self control should be one priority. Bankroll has always been a method and an effective one at that to help control excessive gambling experience. Where most gamblers makes mistakes is that they lack or fail to plan before going into gambling. They keep on chasing after their losses and with no plans or even record of what and how they have done so far, they continue gambling and losing more than they should. To reduce the risk of losing so much in our gambling activities, one must be able to keep track and control him self during gambling.

It is very essential to control our bankroll or wager but at some point many people fall out of control especially when there is pressure on them or maybe they have lost seriously in their previous bets and they would want to top a little fund more to see if they may secure winning for the last time before they finally exit the bet, at this point they wouldn't know when they are going more worse by trying to chase lost.

For me any one who can control greed can actually be a responsible gambler because when the fund map out for the week or month is exhausted from their budget they can stay clear from the betting site or casino hall to wait till they refilled back their account before gambling again. A responsible gambling start from when a gamer or gambler began to control their greed index otherwise it's very easy for someone to become irresponsible gambler since they can't control themselves.

Alternatively the other way someone can control their bankroll is to have some specific target, like before they must gamble they should look out for some possible games that could give them winning even though it's said that winning is under probability but there could be a way to control like not to gamble regularly by scheduling weeks or months to be gambling.

Like, in every week you may decide to gamble twice and in every month you may decide to gamble six times making you to be able to share your bankroll into six places and whenever it's exhausted you could likely wait for the next month or when you received your salary before you could fund account again.

Set a budget. I think this is the important part to avoid excessing gambling.
Once we deplete it, we must be firm on our plan to never gamble anything anymore. We must set another date where the budget will come in and that's the only time we can gamble again.

That's always been the problem for most gamblers. How they will be firm on their own rules and be responsible gamblers.
It's difficult both ways. We chase losses when our set money is gone so we tend to deposit again. We are greedy when we win so we want to gamble more.
There's is no perfect plan, but the very least we could do is abide by our own rules or else it will be chaos and we will never control our bad habits once we broke the first rule.

How to maximize winning potential and control excessive gambling habits
The point is and I can confirm that the bankroll management and tips you mentioned are 100% useful, I won't argue with that, but that's all I know, it's a theory, the actual facts that happen when playing gambling are different.

To be honest, from the recommended tips that you convey, what I often do is point 4 where before betting, I have to choose a game that is really safe for me, at least I know the game and it is safe for me to play in a few rounds, knowing and understanding the game for me is important for us to be good gamblers in all aspects, that is important.

Maybe for points 1,2&3 where I realized I had done it, but wasn't sure if I did it correctly, which is clear as far as I remember doing it.

This is well written and you deserve some credit for the effort. I want you to know that I read it all. Because I am kind of a seasonal gambler, I do not exactly pay attention to my bank roll management. I will categorize myself as a person who unintentionally adheres to the bank roll management tips.
This is a decent post and not a wall of text.
I find it better than most of the posts made here in the gambling section as it contains very useful information and in an easily understandable format.
The OP did a fantastic job. And it shouldn't be difficult for anyone who likes to read to read it. There's no too much words and very clear to understand. I had no problem at all reading it from start to finish.

Bankroll Management really important to have for every gamblers as they can manage their money to playing gambling. But unfortunately, not many gamblers can understand this and even use more money just to playing gambling. They don't understand how to minimize or reduce the risks of the losses because they becomes excessively when playing gambling that can impact to their finances and gets more losses. If they can realizes about how to manages their bankroll, they will not gets any problems and can enjoy their gambling activity. But they must understand that they will difficult to maximize their winning as this is gambling and not a job or investment which can gives them profits.

Some games where I tend to lose control of my bankroll are Crash, Dice Game, and Coinflip. Right now, I'm ok with my bankroll, but there's still time that I do away with bankroll management and just go with the flow.

Gamble responsibly
If I am not busy at all and I feel like gambling for a long period of time. Let us say that I am receiving $250 every week as my total income, I will use around 2 to 5% to gamble.

Let us say that I use 5% of $250 on gambling. That is $12.5 that I have for that week to gamble. I like roulette and I can go as low as $0.1 while gambling with roulette. That means that I can gamble 125 times if I lose 125 repeatedly without winning. And it is not possible that I will not win. I can continue to gamble for the whole day but which is not possible as I will have other things to do.

I agree with your tips
For a beginner it may seem difficult to do this kind of management, but I got great results managing my bankroll

My method is as simple as possible:
I bet on soccer, so I have 1 bankroll for each championship, I have an average value of each bet and this allows me to participate in the whole season without zeroing my bankroll
I also have losses, but I manage them well, and obviously there are times when I place bets for fun rather than focusing on strategy, but I only do this when I have enough money

The hardest thing for me is that I have to manage my bankroll myself, I can't separate account in website

It's crucial to identify the methods, patterns and strategies that can help one cope with his or her gambling lifestyle without altering or destroying the relationships between them and others, apparently you have just identified 5 useful tips that can help one in managing their funds in the area of gambling but at some point while I was reading some of the points tend to collide as they mean almost the same thing.

The result of a good gambling management is always very good as it's batter of self - control, self awareness and self discipline because it takes all this to adhere to ones own rules towards gambling.
