It is complex and wide issue. And because of that, there are many books considering employee motivation. One of the main things, maybe that is even more important than salary, is chance for employee to make progress in it's work career, especially when they are younger workers. No one like to stuck on some basic job for entire life. So give the worker a chance to progress if he deserve it. Also it is important that work place isn't monotonous. Yes, some jobs are monotonous in it's nature, but some improvments in organisation maybe can affect worker's productivity a lot.

The way to mobilize motivation in the work is to provide the workers with a reasonable price.
 If the workers get the fair value of their work, they will do the job properly and will work in the spirit of encouragement.
In this way, it is possible to increase the progress of the employer's work.

You can motivate your employees by you as a owner starts the how to deal good to the costumers give and treat them as your family so that they can  work hard for those job

You can motivate your employees when you show and guide them and prove to your self that you are a good leader ng  employer,give them incentives when needed Christmas bonuses

Since i am an employee, i will answer this in the poimt of view of an employee. I will be more motivated to do my job if i am appreciated or my job is being noticed and appreciated. Incentive is not really necessary but a smile, a tap on the shoulder or saying that i did a good job is enough for me. Also, equal compensation among employees is not given much attention. i do my job well and i am expected to be properly compensated. Vacation is also needed especially in my line of work. A day or two is enough already. Demanding?? Well, every hardworking employee deserve it.


Motivate employees by giving them good salary and benefits/ privileges. Give them the proper knowledge by sending them to seminars about the job to help them do the work efficiently and effectively. Appreciate their works well done and show them how grateful you are to have them. They are the first assets in the company indeed without them your business won’t succeed.

To help motivate your team, make sure they feel appreciated and supported, make sure that your employees feel that they are treated right by offering them the best possible working conditions and fair pay.
I agree with your opinion!
Rewarding employee performance does not always have to be promised with abundant bonuses. What should come first is good treatment. It will create a comfortable and fun work environment.
Because I think comfort in work will create a good job performance.

Pep talk is a good way of motivating employees but the best way for them to be more motivated at work is just simply increase their salary.

Be always ready to approach employees, stay close and do not keep distance with them. Always listen to your employees and pay attention to what employees discuss with each other. Always respect your employees as well. with anyone you work with. And give praise when your employees fulfill a task assigned to them.

Friendly atmosphere, decent salary, interesting tasks  Wink

Be a boss when you need to and a friend when it's necessary. Otherwise normal working conditions and it should work fine.

When they want to motivate their employees, companies usually think that incentive programs are the only way to improve employee motivation. But that does not always work, there are other ways that can increase employee motivation, one of which is having good communication with your employees.

For me if i am the employer ill give a  care for my employee for example  if my employee is not feeling well ill treat here like my brother or sister.
I want my employees are safe in my organization and fell free.

All workers need some kind of the motivation to do their jobs better and with more efficiency. Not one employee is satisfied and pleased with the negative critiques even if he/she did his/her job good. We all need some kind of the support from our employers to continue to work with the same efficiency. With the time, if no one is supporting the work that is done, the efficiency is lowering itself and in the end, the company suffers but not because of the employee but because of the bad organization and the management.
Another kind of motivation, besides the good words, would be the extra payment for the extra work the worker has done ( That is still a dream in some countries and it is far from the reality).

Employer always should have to take care of employees.while they working they need to good rest & refreshments.On time they should have to pay their sallery...If they work over time,employer should have to pay proper way for it.

As an employee, I just need to feel good in the organization where I work. I like when my boss believes in my and gives me some responsibilities.

Aren't or weren't you ever a lowly employee? If yes remember how it was how you wanted things to happen. Now apply that to your current situation.
