I think women have already started to use bitcoins, and as far as I know they don't need any motivation to use bitcoins, if they are comfortable with it they will use it or ignore it.
Easy. Just show them your income and the future that awaits them. Women likes money because it can buy any of their desires. You can open up everything on them on what they can do with their bitcoin and such. Like show them the sites that allows them to shop goods using bitcoin... You can also open up about trading and how they can make money with bitcoin. I recommend that you teach them using ecoin.eu. Their trading platform is very user-friendly and I can testify to that.

As bitcoin become more popular more women will use it. One of the biggest things to motivate people in general to use bitcoin is teaching about it.
By the same way of encouraging and motivating anyone to use bitcoin:
-offering an advantage on using bitcoin, Like decreased fees or easier to conduct transactions
-Making it simpler and easier to use to people not tech-savvy
although you explain at length about the advantages and the greatness of bitcoin. I agree. You can't persuade women with the idea of shopping, just because this is what society thinks of them. Not every lady is interested in shopping, just as not every dude is interested in Bitcoin. I think fr birthdays or Xmas or other special occasions instead of giving your ladies gift cards or other gifts why not give them a paper bitcoin wallet with some satoshis in it he can spend? Then also a nice email with the how to use and save bitcoin tutorials? I think that would spark off some huge interest don't you think?
Maybe in my opinion by giving bitcoin to women will not make the woman to wear bitcoin. They must only interested in the contents and if it runs out they will not use.
