Give them a Bitcoin Gyftcard and tell them to go on a wild (limited funds) shopping spree at their local Amazon.
I am a lady & I use bitcoin. I'm sure there are a lot of women who are interested and use it regularly (for things other than "shopping"). For those who do not use it, are simply not interested. Same thing goes for guys... so gender is completely irrelevant

Then also I don't think that they will be motivated as they can buy anything using fiat or credit card, we need a strong reason to motivate them, as of now I think they will continue with fiat or credit cards.

how we could motivate women to use Bitcoin because I tried several times to explain what it is and how to use Bitcoin ...was very difficult and have not really managed only once ..
Women (in general) are more responsive to what they see other people respect and use. Getting actors and celebrities tweet about Bitcoin would be a shortcut. Also if you want to convince them in person, the energy is better spent on trying to be an attractive and respectable person in general than to explain the actual logic of Bitcoin. Just saying that Bitcoin is the future and to sound sure and confident about it is better than to try to convince with logic.

Well marketing is an option to achieve that. But the bigger picture is to get as many of online shops into bitcoin. Having them accept bitcoin and a badget with bitcoin accepted will do the trick. I am sure more woman will be aware of it then.
Yeah, and I think bitcoin should be advertised and promoted by well know actors, if they promote bitcoins, then it would have a positive impact on the world, as people follow their actors, so it can make a huge difference.

I think that women are often more practical than man and if they don't see results right away, they don't trust in something new, revolutionary etc.
It's the same with my wife. When I start to talk about bitcoin she listen but don't understand much.
Her only question is how much you earn with it or what you can do now with your bitcoin funds?
When I answer that bitcoin is not yet mainstream and that we can't use bitcoin with many merchants, only a few, she loose interest in it.
Bitcoin price and small profit or lost i made with it, also don't impress her to much.

I think its hard to convince a woman to use bitcoin as it is still not that mainstream...
It still has less store to buy things that women needed but if that girl is updated with the latest online and have some business that bitcoin can accommodate then i think its easy to convince them...

I think if we can find many stores that accepts bitcoins, then women would be aware that they can pay in bitcoins too and I think that will motivate them to learn and start earning bitcoins.

I am a 50 year old woman and am very excited about what bitcoin can do for women as well as men and even started my own digital currency as well. I am passionate about people's freedom and giving something of value to our kids and grandkids because fiat is robbing many of us of our wealth and has impoverished billions of people because of corruption through bad governance and the corporate agenda. If you tell Women that it will help for our human survival and our kids, you will get many more interested. Women may be good spenders but they are also good savers. Fiat loses it's value every year because a sh*t load is printed by corrupt governments to cover their asses and make the coutries go into debt, but bitcoin is limited so like a limited asset it will attract more women if they get educated about bitcoin.
I haven't heard of any female Bitcoin miners I don't know if they even exist haha. Do you have a friend or family who does that? I am curious to know.
There I am sure there are many women who play bitcoin, here are my friends who play bitcoin seeing her boyfriend who can make money. 
Get a GYM membership, eat healthy, stay away from munchies&beer&coke. Stop excessive masturbating that ruins your body. Get a decent job with good salary.
