I believe hiring an SEO expert is just a waste of money which leads to no relevant result. What's your opinion about it?

if you wanna reach the people who are into downloading youtubevideos, then go for PPC ( google adwords) because thats one way you can easily reach then for google always spy on the interest of users and that ads will always appear to someone who once googled it.

Not sure if its that helpful. It would be easy to just convert the youtube vidoes to mp4 or avi just like the rest of the sites who does the same thing. There are lots of these sites actually
i wouldnt charge anything for making the app because i teach myself making apps so this would be a good project to start with
however we could try and monetize the app with built in advertising or so and than share the profits if there are some
to me money wouldnt be the motivation, i would do it primarly just to learn

The place i think to promote the website is facebook,twitter and youtube.Make pages of website in every social media and try to give many like there and post every thing there about website because these social sites has huge traffic which you can use.
