But an gambler cannot do this ever. Gambler is really addicted to gambling. Every person have interest in many things. So if we have to quit gambling for food, we should use internet less. Pay attention to different activities than bitcoin gambling. May it effects a gambler !

Well unfortunately addiction started when you need money that is when you see gambling but in some cases other people the rich one tend to find something they can do with their money! but in the less fortunate one when they lose a lot they will try to get it back and that will cause there addiction.

and if we've become addicted to heavy, at least we need someone to help awaken us to not go back to gambling.
back to our core purpose to play gambling. if just having fun its okay it's still reasonable limits.

Well quitting gambling is the best option if the person is so much addicted to it to the point that his selling his own appliances and worse his house just to gambling that person should be treated because he/she is sick and needs a rehab.

Well pretty sure your mental state should be less passionate with gambling to just simply stop you from playing but a lot of people are into gambling that is why many is addicted to it but as you said a strong willed person can possibly do it.

To quit gambling for good. You must be smart and see that it is very bad to do. You must realize that it is all wasted money and that is bad.
I hope later that more people will realize it and just stop gambling, that is very important. You must also find some distraction.

you don't have to choose, why don't just do both, and use more other methods too. the more is the better. those methods are not against each other.

I am doing it both all methods including gambling I am just telling DoniAiikya that when you stop gambling you will need a mind set on stopping with gambling and that is what he like to do

I am doing all methods and been a couple of times on gambling now I never stop in playing it, I just limiting myself in betting to lessen my losses.

i am successfully quit gamble in my real live , it's easy. now i just gamble online Cheesy

it's hard to leave gamble once you feel it's profitable, you will play it when you have spare time.
so fill your spare time by your hobby with your friends and feel your self always busy, it would solve your online/real live gamble even just temporarily at least it makes your time to gamble are less.

There are lot of ways to gamble now a days. You cannot block all the possible ways of gambling. Other than physical gambling or online gambling, you can gamble through your phone itself. So, only if you think you want to quit then it is possible to quit. Otherwise it is highly impossible to quit without own decisions.

You are right, quitting gambling must be possible only with the self control. Blocking of a site or anything this kind of will not work because there are lot of other possible means of gambling available to every gambler now a days.

Yeah you need to have a self control, if you have it you can quit it for sure, but if lack control on yourself then it would be really difficult to stay away from gambling.

Well its better to block the gambling websites on your modem because that is not so easy to undo and its to stop you from gambling so that is the important right ?
I think this can really help you and you should also talk to a relative about it.
