i agree , it is never easy to decide and completely quit gambling . even when you have a strong desire to have an exit way from gambling , it should be done properly to make sure your gambling illness won't relapse again and again .

and that is actually the important thing from quit gambling purpose.

it is not easy at all but if you are determined enough to get out of this sick game, you can discuss it with your friends and family so that they can help you in quitting this game. Whenever you have craved to gamble, tell them so that they can keep you busy in other activities.

Nice, you had converted your time from gambling to trading and you did it and quit gambling for good. Looking for another hobby or interest will be the best way to quit gambling for good. You only need to know what are those other things that might get your attention and not only gambling. I know everyone does have other interest in other things.

gambling does have a very difficult thing to eliminate when we have been addicted. maybe only a few percent of people who can leave bitcoin well and easily. the rest are those who will continue to play gambling until they lose the money they have. when conscious then they will think that gambling is not a way to earn income, gambling is basically a pleasure that can not be separated from our nature respond to gambling as an entertainment.

I agree, since our mind are already tied to gambling and the brain always urge us to gamble when we are addicted. This is what we called gambling taking over our lives, trying to recover the control would not be easy but as long as we are deterimined and dedicated to end the rule of gambling in our lives we can do it. Besides, once we decide to quit and serious about it, i think we can escape from the grasp of gambling obsession/addiction.

not just find a real job and playing sports to quit gambling because without strong will, we are difficult to quit and we will come back to the place and playing gambling again no matter the reason. we need to make contact with other people which don't playing gambling and take our time with them so our mind is not only thinking about gambling.

Just simply make your life busy. Stop thinking about gambling. If you can’t avoid thinking about it, just think of how it feels when you lose your money when you gamble. Maybe it’s one of the effective ways to quit gambling. Lastly, if you really want to quit gambling, you should stand firm to your decision no matter what happen.

We can't specifically tell what type of activities an addicted gambler should do because it should be based on his interest, if he is not a sports lover, sports is not effective for him. IMO, in order to quit you need to be fully devoted for a change, surrender everything and accept that fact that you have made mistakes and you need help in order fully quit gambling. It's a slow process but with constantly doing things that would help you quit, you will be there in due time.

why it could happened?they really know what they are doing, how to having control etc but not with people that mostly become greedy and hard to quit from it.

I know there will be people who do not like it if we bring the religion law here, but here we are talking about how to quit gambling for good, so if we want to quit gambling, then we can think about the religious gambling law because it could work.

Most people do regret mistakes when they learn that they have been wasting too much money on something that did not make up for the loss. They may lose their property and family and end up in the streets. They will understand that then but by then it is of no use. Keeping gambling habits under control is important and one must not venture into the unknown without preparations first.

I have seen a huge number of gamblers that regret their whole life portion of gambling because gambling made them street hawkers. They had lost much more valuable in their time span of gambling. So, better is to wake up now and quit this fatal disease to money.

I agree with you, gambling can only be stopped after losing money that is if you have a cool head to realize you have to quit . There are a lot of emotional issues at stake when we gamble and our ability to control them will help each individual determine when to quit gambling.

Maybe you mean to "quit" not "quite" because there is a big difference between the two. Being addicted on gambling is indeed the reason why most of the gamblers can't easily get out in the gambling world, but it depends on the person though, he can easily quit gambling even if he is addicted if he is really dedicated to do so.

But little bit it is true, it is reality but we are not accept it and think may be another way is here to quite gambling.
