I don't think that it is really hard to quit gambling for good. Since I'm coming to the point of becoming addicted but still I manage to overcome this. And I have a plan of quitting gambling for good. If you got a lot of profit already in gambling you just need to take sometime for doing some interesting things like traveling out to the places that you want to reach.

That's really hard but quitting can be done, it takes time and there is a process you need to do, also the level of addiction do matter a lot. If you have been addicted for so long, for sure that is going to be a long process and the response of an addicted gambler is necessary for the progress.
The reason why we are addicted is because we are weak but in quitting we need to be strong.

What we need is we just to learn from our experience, some take time before they can learn and because of that they have gone through much losing experience that will eventually make their more addicted since the reaction is always to take chances to get back loses by chasing.

Being rich from gambling happens to a few is an understatement. People who get rich most of the time are lottery winners and as anyone can agree, its almost impossible to hit a jackpot on your lifetime. The chances are just too neglectable. There's nothing wrong with trying your luck with gambling but we have to make sure that we have our emotions in check all the time that way we won't even have to worry that a time will come that we would have to quit

yeah as long as your mouth in line with the action. now you say you really want to leave gambling , you have planned everything to quit gambling forever and then you have to do more than just make a wish , more than just having a will and do nothing. make it real by make an effort , self-intropection and then you are good to go to have an action fight for your goal to quit.
