Find some tutorial video around the internet mate if you can't understand what is the real purpose of the chart's when it comes trading .. Im not a professional but for me the chart shows all the information of a coins. Wherein you are able to make speculation in it  and it's very helpful things in opinion. Because without chart you have no chance to gain big profits through trading such playing gambling which very unpredictable.
Reading charts is just easy and it doesn't need any tutorials to learn how to read from it. What is hard is to make your own FA and TA based on the chart because it does require more knowledge of the market whereas reading is just as simple as looking the results.

It's quite simple. The first thing is that you need to look at the large time frame then you will look at the charts with small time frame. Normally, you should look at the chart 1 week ago, then you can easily identify the trend of the coin you are wondering. After that, you will find good points to open order. 1D and 4H time frames are beautiful time frames for you to make open orders. Those are the most basic things that you should know when looking at a chart.
Well, I think it depends on what kind of trade you are doing just like for an example if you are unto with long-term trading then probably you set your time frame in week or month. While in day trade hourly time or minute time frame would be perfectly fit. Choosing a time frame will varies on what type of trading you are in. And yeah I think it is much better if you will look first at the largest time frame up to small ones so you could create an analysis on the the coin you are going to trade.

to read a trading chart, at least we must have a basic understanding, such as a variety of candles, various basic indicators, menu bar on the tradingview,
At least those three things must be understood,
if you understand, I'm sure you can read trading charts,
but you must know, reading trading charts is very different from analysis, and analysts need more understanding.

If you want to start reading the charts then you have a huge lot of journey ahead. Reading and understanding the charts is not an easy task and you need to have a deep research about the chart you are reading. Also you should have the previous knowledge about the coin you are trading with because understanding the charts will need you long time.

Also, you need to understand the Technical Analysis before starting to understand the charts. You can apply few strategies to the charts before starting to understand them. There are a number of strategies which have made understanding the charts easier but yet, you need to make deep research on those strategies and also you need to study those before starting upon.

Reading the chart is quite simple. It means that we must know what the market trend is and we should decide where to buy or sell. The first thing you need to do is turn on the D1 time frame to see how the market has moved in the past 2 or 3 months, whether it is moving sideways or up or down. Then, when you identify the current trend, you will know you should favor Short or Long trend.
After completing the first step, you will come to the second step and this step is harder. You need to have knowledge of TA. It is not too complicated if you are willing to learn, you can learn Price Action first to understand the market better. I usually study at this site:

Nope, you'll never find it easy and simple to understand, in fact, not all traders are experts about chart reading. What makes this important? Because knowing about the chart is a helping tool to enhance our chances to win the battle.

https://www.investors.com/how-to-invest/stock-chart-reading-for-beginners/ we can also apply this to crypto trading and could be more effective if we seriously do it. That is why trading requires ample time to learn and it needs more experience to find what is the best strategy we have to use in different market situations.

I really understand trading charts after taking paid online courses, before this I just reviewed a lot of patterns on various websites and YouTube, but my analysis is still very rough and even not fully understood. The most important thing is to use the available indicators to determine the customized order, the basics of the pattern learned will be understood indirectly when your order is already running.
Joining whit paid online courses is good ideas how to learn whit trading and we got many knowledge by joining in their group, but we have work hard for learning whit online courses because we start with beginner and there have many expert start whit higher level without giving basic how to start trading way, maybe some one will recommendation which one most trusted for online courses for bitcoin trading.
There are thousands of online paid courses teaching you about trading. You can find most of them on udemy and you can choose one depending on the ratings but yet, until and unless you personally practice trading you will not have that immense knowledge.

Try to start trading with some simulators o paper trading where you can be able to start trading without actually investing any money. You will gain some experience over there. Then you can start following few experienced traders might be on tradingview or similar platforms where you can copy trade their strategies and discover your own by making huge research.

There you would gain much more experience. Once you gain confidence, you can move onto real trading with your cryptocurrencies and start building your portfolio.

I still learning how to read it and learn from it in an effective way, there are ways to learn how to read charts, by candlestick, macd and so on, we need to monitor and analyze very keenly the head and tail together with the shoulder of it, there are some patterns that we can rely but not always, there will be a triple bottom as an example in which the tails will be exactly with two others in consecutive, sometimes it means the coin will pump, but this is what I have understand .
The point is if you keep reading and following then take actions by placing your position you'll be able to experienced everything. It will soon gives you
the capabilities to anticipate what would be the possible next movements as experienced makes more clearer to you that sudden impacts from previous
run will affect the next trends. Charts is your pattern to develop your understanding you can based your decision though it isn't 100% but gives much higher chance to attained success.

Those courses is for person who have a lot of free time and better for those who have a hectic schedule to watch a youtube video since there is an informative tutorial posted by pro there and one of the example of that is this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdnKeP23cEc and you can search further more if you need more understandings for the tutorial.

Trust me no one is perfect here. Specially in the market like cryptocurrency where manipulation and volatility is way too high, technicals can deceiving. The more important thing than technicals is your stop loss. Stop loss is really critical to crypto trading. For getting hang of technical analysis in crypto keep on doing hit and trial. You will learn better that way instead of following some tutorial. Remember to try only with small amounts or you can also go for paper trading.
Technicals can deceived ?Are you sure with that? I do not agree to you because chart doesn't lie. A chart can prove if we are wrong or right. Reading charts can help us to understand the market and it can also help us to buy at right time and sell in the right time. Technical analysis is really good to use because we can study the past data in order to know where the price heading.
One of the best things about technical analysis is that you are dealing with information that is impossible to fake and to falsify, this is not entirely true when it comes to fundamental analysis in which any financial report that you read about a particular company could be completely false, and this has happened too many times in the history of stocks, but technicals do not lie, however no indicator is going to tell you accurately all the time when the market is going to go up or down.

The best way to read the chart is to learn about trendlines. That knowledge will tell you what the price of that asset is at and you should buy or sell. There will be 2 cases that are uptrend and downtrend. You can learn more about uptrend and downtrend on Youtube. Below is a guide to drawing trendlines for newbie:

In my opinion, learning to read the chart needs you to learn the basics of the analysis of its various types, and there are also books for candlestick patterns ... all of which are freely available to help you.
