Stopping yourself is very hard once you start to lose a small amount of money in your bankroll. The best way to avoid spending most of your money is to bring an amount that you can afford to lose and by doing that you will not force yourself to spend any amount that you might regret spending later.

Having a self-control is very important to someone who's having a patience problem especially in gambling and trading.
This problem with your patience always turned you out to be more aggressive when you lose amount that you can't afford to forget. Instead of quitting you will going to proceed and deposit more, making things more complicated and placing you to bankruptcy. All you need to have is good control with your attitude, don't set your mind that you are able to recover your loses if you still have money to use to continue your game.
In order to stay safe of loss and pain, it is best for a gambler to play with that much amount only which, if lost would hardly affect him in any way. The amount of bet matters the most. It is not easy to stay calm when a good number of bucks are lost. Gambling is more addictive than you can imagine because it involves money. Everyone wants more by doing less and recover all the losses, which is not possible but gamblers do try.
That's the very example of emotional gambling, once you keep trying to recover your loses you will engaged yourself to a great danger of becoming addicted. As a good response to this matter, having a limited bankroll will have such impact. You can't continue if you don't have anything left inside your wallet, better than have a lots of bankroll and ends you up into complete bankruptcy.

Basing it from my personal experience my friend who is somehow addicted to gambling always invite me to go with him not to gamble but to prevent him from spending more money. Him alone cannot stop at his own ability and he needs and he will continue to gamble until all of his money is loss. If a friend like me is with him we always remind him to stop even if he is winning I'll try to say that he needs to be contended with what he have and don't push his luck more. It's ok for him for us to di that since it is his own decision to make us do it. I'm really happy that I get to help him somehow on his addiction
At least your friend is listening to you?i mean whenever you approach him to stop?

Well that’s what I am doing now when I wanna gamble.i try to find someone closes to me for making a job,and that is to remind me to stop whenever I am losing enough money ,and tell him not to stop asking me to go until I find myself way out

It's a little difficult when we've played and there our emotions and ambitions cannot be resisted. although at first we have rules that have been made when it touches how much we have to stop, but sometimes we ourselves are carried away so that we spend all our money. I often experience this and in the end when we lose we regret it.when not playing we can make rules but when playing there our emotions can not stop
rules are only in mind before playing and starts losing or winning ,but when we seat in the table and start dealing?no there are no rules but eagerness and greed

i hate to say this but all gamblers has this attitude not unless the very discipline players who knows how to limit himself and know where to stand and leave the table, for me thats what we can call a perfect gambler

Descipline is very difficult to acquire once a person is drowned with gambling habits, limiting or controlling themselves is a big struggle. In eliminating this bad attitude, we need to look back on things that's very important to us, especially our family that binds us all the time. Once there's a financial problems I think, a gambler should keep in mind that family is more important than gambling so it should be the first priority and nothing else is beyond.

Well you're right, sometimes planning ahead before playing is hard to apply if you're in actual game especially if you cant control your emotions. Greed and chasing losses are the main reasons why we often tempted to keep playing and forget what we plan. We need self control and discipline, set a limit on your money to spend or much better bring only what you plan to use.
We can say that because we experience that.
Even me, I made a lot of mistakes or doing the same mistake again and again that made me chase my loses and end up nothing.
Everytime we ran out of money, we always regret and promise not to do the same mistake again but unfortunately, we are at it again, so I think it would really take time and mastery on how to control your feelings so you can avoid making a very bad decision.

It often happens that people go out to play a variety of games of chance with a certain amount of money, but in the end they spend everything if they are gone. How to prevent which technique you base yourself on to spend no further. It's hard to just give up, people persistent in gambling that day, so they can't just tell themselves they'll try tomorrow. Why is this difficult? Is it because of greed?

It is pretty hard though. Restraining yourself out of something that urges you to play even more feels like heavy in feelings. I do not think everyone can do that. Because it still relies on personal behavior of the individual. Not everyone has a discipline of the other gambler. Though they can be educated but they cannot be disciplined because it is still in their own end to take the action.
It is very rare to find gamblers that can handle such situations,I remember myself way back when I was still addicted in gambling that I often saying to cut of the budget or limit myself but after few bets and take losing streak things change and it’s goes unlimited again lol

But not now since the time I woke up from doing such, now I can say I am changed and can handle the desire of continuous playing when my budget is getting low, that’s what made me decide to quit and stop

I would like to add, maybe what you want to say i that gamble the money that you can afford to lose, well i guess to that it's hard for a person that experience gambling to let go of it easily or contain their self without playing and when they lose they will try to recover the money they lose and end up that they lose more money that's why being self controlled and having a great discipline is important to a person, so they can set their limits and know where should they stop and when shouldn't play.
It's easy to say but difficult to apply, you are right about having discipline and self control of a person to prevent them to spend farther more but what if that person don't possess that kind of discipline?, Well i guess that's the time that a person needs a guide or someone that can give them advice, prevent them from doing such thing, simply a person that is also by their side to always remind them and guide them to a better path that will not let them be in a wrong way, i'm referring to a family because family is the one that a person's most valuable aspect and i think if a person has a strong sense of family then i think he/she will think of them before spending and wasting too much money, he/she will just spend the money to the family than wasting them in gambling or anything else.

It is hard to control, but most of the time, you need someone to accompany you that will remind you that you have done enough. Basically, deciding all by yourself will be hard in terms of gambling, most of the time we have the feeling of continuing even if we don't have that much balance, as a result, we lose everything. If we can't control ourselves, others might do so. But for me it seems impossible to have someone just to remind us about it. It is much efficient if we really do practice self control and discipline.
I am glad you ended it very well, nothing beats us having self control and knowing when and how to put a stop to a game because depending on someone to control our gambling habit is absolutely a weird act and this will definitely be an unpleasant method for controlling losses in gambling.

I have been fortunate to see few  gamblers that thought using a third party to control their unhealthy gambling habit would be a way to stop loses but they later realized it’s not a solution at all because there are times you feel like gambling and the person that accompanies is not available. The best is just to learn it and its only by self-control or self discipline.
I think the third party play a very important role in gambling habits and it is not weird to interfere the third party as they will always guide you in case of your bad habits and gradually you will get trained to control your habits and also they will not allow you to lose all your income, so at the beginning let the others to control your habits in gambling and then learn it yourself.
It wont really be easy nor effective on that  kind of method because you as a player and do had the full control of your funds
wont really be easily affected by other people decisions if they would tend to stop you.Your own discipline will really vary
into these kind of times if you are sensible enough to handle out your funds and managing it well.

Once you want to play a gmabling make sure that you have certain amount of money only that you use in playing and oncs it lose don't try to get from your funds because it is only cause for a player to lose everything they have.  Controlling self is the key to not lose all of player funds. For sure if you have control you can prevent losing and you will get profit for sure because you are not greedy by the profit.

That is exactly mate pretty nice explanations and thoughts so it's clear discipline and self control is the key to prevent loses in gambling with out that two factor for sure gambler is becoming a greedy and possible to goes into addiction to everything they have.

It might help, but not totally the help we are expecting. Losing a big streak will left you with a huge struck of lightning, you'll be staring at the emptiness thinking of that lose. A certain lose could either make you addicted or afraid of gambling, you could repeat a thousand times to yourself that you will quit when you lose again, but you are going to repeat it all over again until there is nothing left.

Addiction is the problem, self-discipline can't heal it if it's too late, and if a certain individual is not serious about getting himself a rehab.
Can help somehow because as he mentioned while he has a balance on his account, he couldn't help himself to continue and recover those losses. That's the best resort if he can't stop, pull out all of his balances to settle.

There's always a solution as long as the person involved is willing to help himself as well. Avoid the huge losing streak with those suggestions that we've made and I think that he can survive it as long as he's willing.

People will not listen if you tell them to stop playing gambling for them to stop losing profits, that is not going to work, the more say that, the more they are going to play gambling no matter what it cost to them. Let them play, let them experience things that they are not expecting at all in order for them to stop playing gambling by themselves, experience will be the one who will help them realize that forcing themselves to gambling even though they are losing will not help them to attain being a professional gambler's title to make profits in gambling most of the time.

It is like a person who is smoking, he won't stop until he got lung cancer.
I think it’s very wrong to even advice anyone to stop gambling. I would also not listen to anyone who dishes out this kind of advice because it does not make any sense. What happens to successful gamblers? How did they become successful and if there can be a good number of people cashing out on a daily basis in gambling, then why scare people away from gambling.

It’s just better gamblers are advised to be extraordinarily careful and also players should be thought to be contented with whatever profit they make because from experience, the habit of trying to double bet in order to make more profit which is a very wrong habit.
Yes a very wrong habit but this is the most common thing or target of most gamblers in the first place which is to double up their money.
No, its not wrong to advice anyone to stop gambling since we know on whats the common outcome for those who addicted on it but even
you do tell them its just pointless because they wouldn't really listen at all no matter how you do convince them.Gambling is for fun and
redirecting the true essence of it to make it as a source of income is already a big mistake.
