Well, $1 turning into $150 in 365days isn't a bad idea. There are a couple of pump and dump groups I belong to on telegram, but their predictions are sometimes inaccurate. I rather you go to telegram and search for crypto currency related groups, you'll lots of such communities.

If you have 1 dollar and want to invest I can suggest to start doing airdrops and bounty campaigns. On this way you can earn tokens which you can exchange for the coins you want to invest in.
you can try to buy some doubtful shit coins for hundredth parts of dollar and maybe they will rise up to 200-300 % someday. But I'm not sure it will be quick.

With that kind of amount your goal profit will be achieved in earlier than you expected. I advice you to buy FabricToken on ForkDelta instead of Poloniex. It is really cheaper and you can later on sell it for much much bigger price on exchange you mentioned.
