I use to gamble a lot for on and off 10 years losing everything I worked for. You have to break the cycle the high and lows are addictive comparable to drug abuse. Now I invested my money in CUBE and everyday it grows I no longer have that urge to gamble and I have DigiCube to thank for creating a game changing coin.

Thats my promise too. but I break it the time I noticed that I want to have some fun in gambling.

Golf Golf and more Golf has helped me. I have an addictive personality by
nature so for me I need to stay busy doing other things. Also things that
can get my adrenaline going help feed that need for excitement. For me its
video games as I'm not a sky diver or anything crazy. Stay away from the
booze and stay busy helped me from constantly wanting to check football
spreads lol.

well if it is an addict, even going to try other methods, he will still be addicted to try to go back to gamble. distraction is actually not a gd solution.
Yes, that is my point, if you're a gambling addict, gambling will probably take all your money, your dignity and maybe your friends and family. It's not worth it, SEEK HELP.

i am getting addicted to gambling.And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when i am getting addicted i am loosing too much.

its a lot easier than you think, an addict only thinks about getting their fix, nothing else matters to them except survival and their addiction, they wont voluntarily go out and find another hobby to take up their time. you have to forcibly keep them away from any gambling outlet or forcibly make them do something else. To stay away from gambling you should go away at least from your pc for a while, you should stop visiting the websites which you learned or gambled before and so one you will leave it completely.
IMO, leave your PC for awhile just to stay away from gambling websites is just a temporary solution because once you are near to your PC, you will start to visit gambling websites sooner or later.Start slowly. Keep a separate wallet and limit the amount you want to gamble.

Sometimes what you dont expect it will become a real one so people believe that by yolo they would not get anything because it is the last bet. Spend the time and only some of the money courting women if you are single (or men if you are gay...no judgment). If this does not work, seriously seek help, there are several good organizations to work with. Talking to people with addiction can be helpful and counseling can be helpful. Good luck!

My advice is focus on your study / college. hang out with your friend and delete all your account on gambling sites. find a real job if you don't have it. go to bar with your friends.
Yes exactly I think this will work. Because this virtual world attaches you badly and unless you detach yourself from it, because getting addition is only automatic, and getting rid of it requires lot of self discipline kind of works. Its hard to avoid the addictions of gambling, in time being everyone will get caught.
