Try to get more attraction than gambling. Well for me it is getting attracted in trading because theres is a lot people who is trading you see live. While when you are in gambling its you and the house only. Getting in the group of trading makes you get profit because there are so many of you trader. Team work either just follow the principle of trading.
I agree about trading that it is cool and somewhat profitable to trade cryptocurrencies in a group. However, I currently trading alone and I am interested also to mingle with group and see some group trading strategies.. May I know how to join or is there any existing group that you recommend? I also feel very difficult to leave the gambling we already addiction. but still no way to leave the gambling. you can do a new hobby more interesting so that you will forget gambling
If you have nothing to do and just gamble all day long, then it will really be hard for you to leave that gambling addiction because your attention and focus are still at gambling - you have no diversions. It is really better to go outside and socialize with people and maybe do some volunteer work for charity and that way, you will get to meet new friends and enjoy life outdoor.
as long as we have fixed and determined decision to stop gambling for good, then there is no reason for us to finally get rid of gambling to our lives. I can say this personally because I just stopped heavy gambling and just play sometimes with the amount that I personally know that could not affect my entire life if I will lose it.

Good suggestion but does not work, we can easily access other sites since we are in control of our internet connection and computer. It should be from the start that you will devote yourself in doing other things to lose your interest in gambling.Agree, it would be still useless because you would surely find another sites which you could able to gamble again. If you banned it on your pc then you would really play on other pc for sure especially when you are already addicted into it. Devoted to other things not related to gambling wood be a good way.

That would be a good suggestion, if we have the money to be use in traveling, we should do that so we will not limit only our world in gambling, when you travel you will have a chance to meet and greet with people, with that you can have a social life and you will realize that there are more important thing in life than gambling.
well that being said, the reason why you are trying to make time with your family is because you want to avoid gambling. so i don't see the sense that you would still consider doing gambling when you're with your family already. you can do a whole lot of things with your family so why include gambling in it.

Well, if you are committing your self to quitting, even if you have free time you won't do gamble, when you are with your family you have a good reason not to gamble and enjoy those quality time with them... But that would only be the best during weekends... So I think during the week days its good to work and and look for money...

If you want to stay away from the gambling websites you simply have to believe in yourself if you are doing this it will help you without any doubts.
I think that gambling should only be done sometimes.

and for acheiving that you need to try hard sometimes, and this can be putting your funds in a safe and cut it or it can be going out and getting busy with some other activities.
you need to be patient collect a low profit piece by pieces stop it and continue again etc.
it is nothing when your emotion really come over you in game , you will just care how to collect back your losing money. gambling is about time to broke , and to stay away from gambling will never easy as you have feel comfortable with it. call some psychiatrist help as this is bout mental.
