if we feel addiction gambling then we will find it very difficult to stop to play. but I would advise that we can leave gambling. we have to try new things that feels more enjoyable. if we often do the activities of the new, we will forget gambling
but i never like to stay away from gambling. if you are playing wit a strategy then you will never feel the need to stop playing gambling, but you will really enjoy gambling and will never feel bore.

There are a lot of ways,
You can look for a different activities t perform with
especially on your free time.
You can even do some overtimes in your work,
so at the same time you are still earning more.
Or you can even look for an emotional support from your relatives.
But the best solution starts from ourselves.
I also think that if you want to stay away from it, you can do some activities to forget about gambling and social control is also a nice method to stay away and stop with gambling.

You can look for a different activities t perform with

Well if you want to avoid the gambling addiction then you should first see it in a different manner like play in the casino just for fun not to earn money...then use that time to something more interesting like learning programming language so you can make your own casino, this way you can spend a lot of time to learn programming instead of gambling and its completely worth your time.
Lol you cannot avoid gambling addiction if you keep on exposing yourself in gambling. The best way is forget gambling and focus on recreational activities. You can use your money that is supposed to be used as bankroll to buy items and make yourself busy by doing some project like carpentry, wood working or other profitable activities.

The more you do something worthwhile and by keeping yourself busy doing these, you have more chances of staying away or overcoming gambling addiction or any kind of addiction for that matter. I think this topic is surfacing over and over and my thoughts over this I think this would only apply to non addicted person cause they can surely change what their desire in an instant and if they can change their mind over gambling of the most fun stuff they do or stuffs or hobbies that they can earn money with I think that they will proceed to that kind of interest, but if the gambler are really addicted to gambling then it is pretty hard to do your suggestion.

I agree with this in all totality because if one have just one source of earning whether good or bad you tend to stay put since you got no other option or believed no other option to try out and the solution to that is to try break out from that one source in this case gambling by expanding the means then you begin to realise "I am even losing more there" then it begins wear out. looking for other alternatives and as much as possible to get the larger productive I think can get a little help to stay away from gambling. because the purpose of gambling of course because of the money. so when you can get a lot of money in addition of gambling, you can at least forget about gambling. This is also my experience, when I only play gambling and eventually I was able to get the most from trade. I rarely playing gambling. but I keep playing gambling although rarely and sometimes in one week only once or not at all.
