if you have reached this point, it is very difficult to be able to stop gambling. How to stop gambling? Meanwhile, a lot of money has been lost, and how to return the lost money.
If you still have a smartphone in it, there are several online gambling sites, of course it's difficult to stop gambling, except: you completely delete all online gambling sites that are in your smartphone.

Actually addiction lies in ourselves in response to it, in my opinion if you haven't had time to sell your house, car, land and so on to spend on online gambling, In my opinion, this does not include severe addiction, you can still manage to stop playing online gambling, the point is that your determination and self-will to stop gambling still have a good chance.

However, if you ask about returning money lost in bets, the answer is difficult 99% there is no way, gambling is clearly the risk of losing. Losing money is in the 80 degree position.

Gambling takes discipline to curtail it's excesses. As a gambler you should know this and set a boundary for yourself on daily gambling activities or limits. One should be able to know when his or her gambling habit  is out of control so as to make necessary corrections by minimizing their gambling lifestyle.
I think the following could help

Have a daily or weekly gambling budget if you want to. Do well not to exceed it per gambling day or exercise.

Do not gamble too often as you will be seen as an addicted gambler. Make out some specific days in a week for gambling and stick to it s it would guide you through then as time goes on gradually reduce your casino visit time.

Do not get into a gambling competition with any one as it is not advisable to do so.

And lastly,  learn to have self restraint while gambling. This will help you to control your ego while gambling so as not to do otherwise.

Here are a few trick based on what others have shared that could help you reduce or become conscious of your gambling habit.
Make sure you allocate a certain amount for gambling, it could be 5% of your earnings or perhaps you could just set a fixed amount like $150 monthly and once it has been exhausted just quit and try again the next month. ~snip~
Initially managing finances was easy. Before a lot of money lost. Sometimes if lose quickly, are curious to make a deposit again and again until the money runs out.

Not good to be greedy, what led to addiction is greed. Another thing is that punters have to be disciplined, if a punter do not discipline himself or herself, life or gambling will disciplin the punter.
yeaa.. Its not good. When a lot of money is loses, gambling rules life. Logic no longer works normally. And after everything is lost then logic can normalize and regret everything

Continuing on this pattern of chasing losses will lead to more losses and possible addictions ~snip~
You are right, it is the desire to return the lost money that keeps play gambling

Thank you friend. This condition is not good Cry

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to these questions, as the best way to stop gambling can vary depending on each individual's situation.
and the main thing that you do is, seriously decide that you want to stop gambling. And get rid of all the gambling sites or apps that are on your smartphone or computer, and you also have to be able to distract yourself with other activities that can forget your addiction and I think the best choice is to have work and positive things, or other activities that can help your addiction.
Such as religious activities or other positive activities for you or others that you can do after work or when you are not working, and you should also admit to yourself, family members and close friends that you have a problem and need help. They will support you and your recovery, but you have to be honest with them.

and the best thing to do is never gamble even for fun, and never hope or think about the money you lost because it will never come back, forget it.

Continuing on this pattern of chasing losses will lead to more losses and possible addictions and this has been the major cause of gambling addictions so if you see that you are chassing after losing too much then you need to have a pullback to avoid sinking into addictions.

An gambling addict should realise that gambling is not for making money. What led them to be addicted is that they thought they can be making money from gambling but gambling is not like that.

Punters should set their weekly budget which should not be more than 5% of the money they are earning weekly. Any gambler that is gambling with more than 5% of his or her weekly earning is greedy and can become addicted.

There have several threads where other users have shared their tips on how they stopped or help others stop gambling addiction;

With this you won't just go into you account and start gambling with everything you got.
Another tip would be for you to set a duration, you could just set your alarm and once it sets off logout of your account and continue with your life, although this depends on the type of game you're betting on.
One last important tip is to never chase loses, when you have lost always accept that fact and move on because if you try to play to win your money back you'll only just end up losing more money.

In the era of everything digital, everything can be done from a smartphone and computer device. including gambling activities. There is no longer a need to go to the casino, just sit back and play with small money.

I think many people initially played gambling just for fun. Only placing small bets to fill the time when boring. Most people already know that playing gambling has a greater chance of losing than winning.

However, it doesn't feel like a lot of money has been lost. The only way you can think of to make up for lost money is to increase the bet. With the hope that 1 win will return the loser's money. Unexpectedly, the money lost is getting bigger and bigger. If the money has run out, then borrowing is another alternative to playing gambling. Not felt, has become a gambling addict.

if you have reached this point, it is very difficult to be able to stop gambling. How to stop gambling? Meanwhile, a lot of money has been lost, and how to return the lost money.
