Teach them first how to save. That's the basics. Then teach them what investing is, why and how you should do it. By then you can introduce them about bitcoin.
Well, saving is what my mom taught me when I was a kid. However, when I grow up, I realize that investing our money in many places are a chance for us to earn more money. By investing our money, we can multiply our balance.
And moreover, I do not think that saving is somehow related to bitcoin

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

I believe that it is also important to teach our kids about bitcoin but it still depends on their age and capability to cope up and understand things about bitcoin. Kids should enjoy their lives as kids which is quite far from the stress of life as an adult. It is better to teach them about bitcoin where in they will be able to do their duties here in crypto but we should teach them how to focus more on their studies.

Well if you want to teach bitcoin to kids, you must first reach them how bitcoin works and how things are affecting bitcoin in order for them to know basics about it. And the slowly teach them rhe advantages and disadvantages of it so that they're aware of it. And then finally,  tell them the different ways of earning bitcoin.

Kids like with attractive games, we can introduce bitcoin by downloading games related to bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, I'm sure if they like the game then it is easy to introduce bitcoin.

it's too late to pull children into bitcoins, pull them into promising altcoys) but it's easier to give them a decent education and you will receive help from children in old age, since the crypt is also not eternal

It is good to teach bitcoin to your children and give them idea on how to work and manage it. In teaching you must give a simple explanation about bitcoin. It can be formed in sing, poetry or in powerpoint and also if you can do animation then better to do it for them to understand easily. But give them extra guidance since they are still young.

I salute and cherish this idea of teaching our kids about Bitcoin right from their childhood ages. I think children loves areas of games truly and sporting aspects in a very catchy visual aids. But extra caution must be applied not to encourage them visiting Casino for gaming and stuff like that for them not to be wayward. More so, they might be taught the Bitcoin potentialities but must be cautious of introducing them to the Financial involvement in other not develop their curiosity finding the means of getting money out of it which is detrimental to their studies as they are growing up.

I had some inner feeling, that bitcoin and crypto generally is not suitable for kids yet..kids should had different interests than mining difficulty, finance models, PGP and inflation..Smiley

Same here i doubt if children at a very young age could be understand and well be interested in bitcoin. We know at there age they are more fun in playing and descover things.Learning bitcoin is a very serious thing to be involved with children.Children has a different  interest and I think they might listen if we teach them bitcoin but defenitly they just don't care what we discuss to them.

well kids like to play, so something that can bring together bitcoin and gaming

like puzzle that when solved reveal a private key for example

it is important that kids start to learn early some basic economy, at least something about income and expenditure

i heard about a new law for some countries that will make it possible(to teach them basic economy) in schools

Knowing bitcoin, it is not an easy thing to understand, even matured person can't understand it, how much more teaching kids about it?.  Yes, we can teach them but it will take a lot of time for them to slightly understand and it depends on their interest. Maybe, we have to educate them but not forcing them to get engaged in bitcoin. Let's just give them time to do what they want to do.

I believe it is not yet the proper time to teach kids about bitcoint kids need to learn first the value of life and respect.other things like bitcoin will have proper time when they are matured enough.but for now let them enjoy life as being youth.

Yes I agree with you it is still not suitable for kids, instead for teenagers try to teach them so they will learn how to earn and save money. Because kids will not still understand those finances, needs and etc.

Kids is just a kids and all they want is to play with their playmates, they can not be focus on bitcoin because they are nothing to think about having money at their age . We can teach them if they age is enough to learn about earning money or bitcoin.
Even if they are old enough, we also should not teach them because bitcoin is not a good thing for them, too many people have joined the bitcoin world and very few of them succeed, the harshness and too many pitfalls in here, make money is not simple. Children should choose the areas in which they are talented and interested, that would be good and secure for their future, I would not encourage anyone to teach children about bitcoin, children need a happy childhood and true meaning

For me personally, I dont think children have any business being close to the world of Bitcoin. Not because Bitcoin is bad in itself, but because of the various vices they might be exposed to along the line which they might not be matured enough to handle.

Introducing bitcoin is a difficult thing to kids, this is because bitcoin is too hard to understand for kids, I'd rather see kids play and get to know the social around than introduce bitcoins to them.

I do not believe that teaching children what bitcoin is a good idea. Children should devote more time to education and games. You do not need to involve them immediately in adulthood

I personally believe Bitcoin, or at least crypto are going to be huge forces in the future. We already teach kids how our fiat money works, don't we? Why not get them started off strong with crypto?

to just knowledge about bitcoin, it doesn't matter if we teach bitcoin to children. but to get into it, better not first. they do not have the right feeling to analyze. or some other way after they really know about bitcoin, just buy him bitcoin and let him hold it for as long as possible and let him sell it when he has adult.

Very interesting article! I think that children should be learned how to deal with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and as a result of learning - to have proper financial action plan.
