For me teaching kids how bitcoin works is easy. Im a teacher so i have an experience in teaching kids. the first thing that the kids should know is what bitcoin is. and how does it work. what its value and where do they earn bitcoin. kids are the most easy to teach among the ages. right ?
then we will teach them what is the factors of bitcoin and where do earn bitcoin. first of all I will teach them faucet method. so they will be interested cause no money will came out on their pocket. then i will teach investing and trading.

That thing you are mentioning are teens and not toddlers. Teaching children is not easy, believe me, I know it. Beside the concept that you are about to inculcate into their mind is a bit complicated. I know that those teens love new things, they could really learn about it as a "subject" but when you are doing it at home, well it's different. They might think that you are forcing them to work for money.

If they don't want to know about this, I think better not to force them, they might have another forte.
Like you said yes there are so many ways with which you teach your children about what bitcoin is. Rather I suggest schools have more important role in this regard.

Teachers can teach them what bitcoin is actually and how it works generally and then as you suggested children are given such online games. This all will make a better impact on their minds about bitcoin and they will love it when they become young.

I think letting the child understand himself or her asking about bitcoin is the right thing to introduce bitcoin to them, if we introduce them while they are not old enough it will be useless because bitcoin is not easy to understand.

First of all everything depends on age. We can start teaching kids at school, coledge and even at home using google and other stuff. Buticoin isn't that difficult.

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

Kids nowadays love to play and enjoy simple things as kids that would make them happy. However, it is also necessary to teach them business like bitcoin for the future. But I believe that it would also be hard for them to understand what bitcoin is because even adults are having a hard time understanding the whole concept of it. I think it is better if we'll teach kids about bitcoin at the right time.

Whether we teach kids or not, it is certain that bitcoin is the future and the future are our kids.

Their is no stopping bitcoin. Sooner or later, cryptocurrency will be taught in schools even in primary levels.
Cryptocurrency is something that is too difficult for kids to absorb because it is not like regular subjects. I do not think in the future cryptocurrency can change the whole of this world, when it starts outdated and is restricted to the level of development, meaning that it will end.

You can teach a kid to be part in bitcoin by convincing him/her to save or invest in bitcoin .Nowadays kids are so curious on how to save a money so you can teach them to do or to be part on it

I do not think that they are curious with saving money.  But perhaps if we start right now to teach them then it could get their attentions.  Kids now are distracted by gadgets, games, and the like nowadays.  Maybe if we share to them the importance of bitcoin and saving their money, then they will understand it.  And little by little it will be inculcated in their minds.

- I do not think it is necessary, to teach the child about the knowledge related to bitcoin is too difficult, even I can say is very headache, children will be difficult to concentrate and care about what we say. I know that children are very curious but they very quickly bored, and Bitcoin is need patience and effort, so it does not fit their age, they need more time to mature and have enough patience, and we should only teach them when they have the excitement

Kids nowadays is more smarter in our newly technologies. I think we should teach them about bitcoin in easiest way. Maybe by creating a slideshow they can watch on how bitcoin is useful in our lives. Or give them a simple explanation on how bitcoin can help their parents in financial by their help in simply answering some questions.

It's not a good idea to teach the kids about bitcoin because they will become curious about money and they will have no time in thier studies.

Teach them well and show to be a good model to them, teach them first about the instruction how to handle bitcoin or how to use bitcoin,be patiently to them and kind,no matter how they do and make mistake dont hesitate and make noise to them, just let them do freely and guide them,it maybe takes a long time to teach but atleast they will learn so far,

The children in my family are almost all familiar with Bitcoin, as they received some from one of my elder family members for Christmas a few years back.
Hopefully they all still have it but that's on their parents.

well kids like to play, so something that can bring together bitcoin and gaming

like puzzle that when solved reveal a private key for example

This is great suggestion! I like the idea of integrating games with learning. Serious formulas and numbers may not be the interest of kids. But basic concepts of money, financial management, and cryptography can be taught to children through games.  This will improve their logic and reasoning thinking.

The Kids are too curious to know what is inside the engine if you let them. It can only be good if we teach them the introduction and elementary understanding of Bitcoin aspects alone, but hide how to generate or earn from Bitcoin so that they will not be distracted if they get to know how to be earning on line, but until they are matured.
Not all kids are curious to know this kind of transaction but others really do. They wanted to know anything about bitcoin. They wanted to learn something new. Its hard to teach bitcoin in schools because there are other student that really not interested about this. It is not compulsory to teach this in schools but I guess it will young people to learn such great things in the future.
Children can not spend time with their parents anymore, and the vast majority of their children spend their time in school. That's why I think children need to learn Bitcoin as gradually.

I think it is easy to teach kids about bitcoin, cryptocurrency or digital money. In this world right now, the kids encounter cashless payment as it is. I think in a few years time, cash will be archaic to kids and we will have a hard time explaining why we need cash.

Our kids will be thinking that everything including money and even assets can be digitized.. hence bitcoin will be natural to them
