I do not think it's easy to teach kids about bitcoin, this is because bitcoin needs a more complex understanding than others, but I think the best way is to present the video, the child likes the visuals so the videos are easier to understand.

If bitcoin is truly complex, it would take more than a video for someone to understand it. As an example, try hydraulics. You can show me a video lecture about hydraulics but I wouldn't understand them right away because it's complex. It has pre-requisites so it will take months before we can get to understand that subject. But bitcoin isn't like that. We all know how a wallet works. We all know how money works. Every layman can understand how bitcoin works and it will not take as long.

If the child doesn't have bitcoin's pre-requisite ideas, then showing a video will not make them completely understand about bitcoins even when they love seeing visual stuffs for learning.

Children can only understand bitcoin basic but can not if directly taught to plunge into a consistent income, Need to be taught a very simple form like android bitcoin game and accustomed to teach them in the form of tutorials from youtube. Perhaps gambling is a dangerous thing to teach, but it is very effective in teaching them if introducing them to a bitcoin slot machine.

I think there are a lot of ways to teach kids about Bitcoin, it's just that you have to be very creative so they will be interested. I was even thinking of making them claim faucets first and see if they would be interested at first.

I don't think that kids would be interested in knowing bitcoins at that early stage and they would surely find it complicated so I think we should drop this idea of introducing them to bitcoins and ask them to concentrate on studies and have fun in real world.

In my opinion.
Children should not be told about bitcoin first.
For me childhood is a period of play, learning for their future.

I think the ideal age to know about bitcoin is 17 years old.
At this age they are more focused on choosing their future.

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?
Do we really need to teach kids about bitcoin ? Why ? They are kids. Why we just let them them enjoy their lives while they are still young. Let them just play and do what they want all day.
Another, I think kids must focus on their study first. We should not give kids the responsibility to earn money. Besides, kids may have not interested in bitcoin, it is more on reading, understanding, posting, very far from the world of playing. I think even we face them bitcoin for almost everyday , they will not understand bitcoin. So for me, it is very impossible to teach kids about bitcoin in any ways.

Lol! I don't want to teach my kids about bitcoin.
Like I dont want them to be more focus on internet. I want them to play outside. Have dirt in their hands.
Play until get exhausted. Do some physical activities. Men just like the old days when technology didn't take our childhood.

Woah I feel nostalgic.  Kiss
Kids are suppose to have fun and explore the world, it's very complicated here in bitcoin and not good for children.
You need to have a strong mind in order to survive in this world of cryptocurrency. I plan to teach my kids when he is ready
and maybe the right age will be at least 18 years old.

Hell, I say let the kids teach themselves Wink

We live in an information age. There's an infinite amount of information/data available on the internet. Whatever question your kid/s has, he will instantly get an answer by just searching on google. To be honest, I feel as though the internet would do a more thorough job educating about BTC than I do, not so keen on some of the technical details, more of a finance guy.

But seriously, the kids under x age don't really need bitcoin. Lot of shitty stuff on some faucet sites. Besides the porn, half of crypto currency is gambling. Don't know if I would want the kids exposed to unregulated gambling with no restrictions, might foster some bad habits early on Sad

Explaining its certainly difficult to understand by kids, we must teach while the practice of collecting bitcoin for example by teaching kids to join bounty bitcoin, such as twitter bounty, after collected then kids will more know.
I don't think it's a good idea. Teaching kids should be academically related. This field I think is necessary for teens and adults only. Kids must think their education first before earning so that they can focus more in bulding their mind first.
Agree with you, let the kids do what they want at their early stage do not push them to earn money at their early age, they need to learn more academically and play, the times come that they will learned and start to earn after their schooling all the things come in the right time and in the right placed.

You cannot teach a person who has no idea of what bitcoin is. Kids' interest right now is playing video games, online games, social media. They are so relaxed and doesn't care about their future. The first move we should consider doing is expose them in bitcoin, if you got their interest then its tie to explain to them the benefits they can get from bitcoin and teach how are they going to start.
You got a point there kids now are more on games and social media why not try slowly to make them understand how things are this is the one also that makes up my mind for example social media why dont try blogging or sharing that have a sense not only just a nonsense post that will have many likes .Its a big difference and yet a productive move same things like sharing or posting but but have more sense . Kids are easy to teach just think and see what hobbies they do and try to explain some things.

I don't know but I can tell you how I teach my kids: I wanted them to do a lot of exercices so that they can easily understand how to learn so that I think we can do the same to Bitcoin
You can give an example of how to use bitcoin, how to get bitcoin, how to shop with bitcoin.
But I'm sure they will not understand deeply about bitcoin. Because they are not ready to accept it. They just understand how to play

well kids like to play, so something that can bring together bitcoin and gaming

like puzzle that when solved reveal a private key for example

it is important that kids start to learn early some basic economy, at least something about income and expenditure

i heard about a new law for some countries that will make it possible(to teach them basic economy) in schools

Interesting thought about teaching kids regarding basis economy. That will generate handsome attraction between kids and bitcoin once they understand how important money is in their life. Or may be we can say how much important it is along with family or for our family to take care with.

Gaming + bitcoin makes good sense. May be services can be provided where school exams will have the rewards in terms of bitcoin. So for getting these bitcoins students will study more too. It's just a thought but worth implementation.

We must know what things our kids love are, like video game or stuffs e.g shoes, toys, and school tools. Then, we can search the things in bitcoin accepted shop and show the kids how easier it to used than fiat. But imo the best way is introduce bitcoin through a cartoon movie since all kids love it. And if we can't make a cartoon movie, just tell them a fairytale which everyone in the story used bitcoin to buy-sell thing. Its sounds interesting.
According to me how can I make children love to learn about bitcoin. the better we can teach children who rarely see with or represented by things that are unique. as with any toy that kids like. I like your idea of making a film explaining the cartoon or animated images and sounds that are cute. with we introduce such that then the kids would be easy to accept all that. but we have to find about the essence of the bitcoin can we make an animated film or cartoon-like in the past.

Yes, it seems interesting to see if we imagine animated bitcoin cartoons for children's learning.
But whether it will have a positive impact if we introduce dunnia bicoin in children?
If viewed from a different point of view, a lot of negative things that they can learn, such as gambling and other things like

I guarantee that they will not understand what you are describing and what you are modeling. I do not think bitcoin is suitable for children to teach. It is true what many people say that young children should learn and play
