Teaching someone about Bitcoin is not that hard but there are somethings that even I do not understand about Bitcoin. So the best thing you can do is to let someone watch you while you do your thing on Bitcoin. This way they can watch carefully and observe somethings.

Just let someone watch you while you do something about bitcoin without any explanations will not make them understand what you do especially if they never he/she never heard about bitcoin before.
So it is not the best way to teach other about bitcoin imo.

I don't even know what is teaching about bitcoin... people can't read or watch videos about different operations with bitcons? How lazy we are, it's a big problem nowdays.

The best way to teach someone about bitcoin is to let them look at you when you are using bitcoin. This way you can teach them everything with detail and show them.
They have to see it before they can understand it.
I think a video tutorial would be much better to explain them about bitcoin instead of showing when you use them.
There are several good videos on YouTube that explain bitcoin in an easy way

I really don't beleive that people who can't understand how to use bitcoin are exist, it's looks so funny. For this people no need any teachers, they are already lost.

Its nothing like that, there are many things that even we don't know and need proper guidance to know it and learn it same goes with the non users of bitcoin.
I agree with you. bitcoin world so vast. will be a lot of new things that will emerge. not only can we be silent. we have to find out about new onfo the info about bitcoin. as well as explaining. not everyone understands about bitcoin.

Yeah and we not its not easy to convince people who have never heard about bitcoin, and they will not agree at first stage but may be over a period of time they show interest.

I have tried it previously , and it is much easy to convince someone that there is another online currency which is called bitcoin and while teaching them about how to use it was really very hard, I tried a lot to teach them every aspect using on bitcoin to them but they are unable to get it easily and they stay at distant, but only one of my friend is now going to follow my instructions from about a month but he is still to much newbie to it when i look at his progress to bitcoin.

It might take sometime to learn at initial stage but slowly and steadily then will start knowing bitcoin and they will also start using bitcoin in future.

say like me I have never heard the word bitcoin before how would I find out I wouldn't just type bitcoin in to google so what is the best way to tell everyone where I live  Roll Eyes

maybe it is just you!

because anybody else, when they find out about something new like bitcoin, especially since it is already computer related they pull out their phone, laptop, pc,... and start googling about it.

Yeah and google have all answers to your questions, so its nothing impossible to search nowadays, but google might confused you its better to learn from a person who is already into bitcoin.

You are right its better to learn it from a person that is already is using the bitcoin but the fact is that a video could also help you to learn something about the bitcoin of course.

You can show them some YouTube videos if they are a more visual person and likes to see things in action. Or if they like reading you can show them tons of articles about bitcoin and just let them flow through them and your can provide them with a starting amount of bitcoins.

They will just be overwhelmed with the amount of information if you just load them with videos. It is better if the explanation comes from a person they can trust. They can watch the videos later if their curiosity has already been aroused. Giving them initial bitcoins to try it out is a good idea.

You might be right, you could show them some videos which explain it in a simple way, nothing too technical.
That's when they will start asking you questions  Smiley

Yeah showing video can really help as people like to watch videos and they will  be also find it easy and simple knowing it and they can follow according to video.

Give them links to websites that introduces Bitcoin. They can read articles
and watch videos that will help them understand what bitcoin is. Also, let them create bitcoin wallet account/s and teach them how to use bitcoin faucets, the easiest way to learn and earn Bitcoin. Smiley

I think this quite good and not a good idea. Not all people will consider to read some articles, if they are really into reading articles and very patient to learn about bitcoins.
But for me, it is better to teach them personally so that if they have questions you can answer it right away.

Teaching them personally is also a good idea but based on my own experience, I learned Bitcoin through reading articles and watching videos online. You are right! It depends on the person on how the way they want to learn. Smiley

Yes I agree. I knew BTC from my bf, and he taught me personally, that's why it's easier to understand. But in-case you will be teaching someone away from you, like when you referred them online, it's okay to give them step by step guide. And explain them as easy as possible via chat. Also, assist them whenever they have issues or concerns. Just make sure they got what you are teaching, that's based on my experience Smiley

What I do with my friends is try to introduce to them BTC slowly and at the pace in which they wouldn't be overwhelmed. Little by little, I try to impart to them knowledge and what little I know of bitcoin and what it has given me, since I myself is new to bitcoin and my technical knowledge about bitcoin is not yet at a level I'm comfortable sharing with others.

Slowly but surely that's good to hear that your friends are very cooperative to you on how you are teaching them about bitcoins.
As long as you already have some basic knowledge with bitcoin that is enough to introduce it to them.
And let them learn the rest.

Whenever I try to teach or recommend bitcoin to the people around me they start laughing and it really brings a sweet smile on my face hoping that  last laugh will be mine.

Yeah, just let them laugh to you because of bitcoin, soon they will recognize and going to start bitcoin. Don't be upset when they are laughing at you.
And you are right, the last laugh will yours.

yeah I think it's reasonable because people will start laughing because they do not believe and do not believe in your say therefore it would be better if you tell the people around you with evidence that you got

Yes. With proof, we can convince anyone to listen to us for teaching them about bitcoins. In my opinion, bitcoin's growth itself a good evidence to attract them. Bitcoin has achieved some higher prices like $450 from the price of $0.0001. This will attract anyone.
Yes, proofs will talk about bitcoin themselves. With the proof you need not to convince anyone to join bitcoins ecosystem. Just showing them is more than enough.
Yes evidence are very much attractive to get into bitcoins payment and for saving bitcoins for longer time. Other than the growth of bitcoin price, we can show them how bitcoin eased cross-border transactions and how it is better than paypal or Western Union.
