I agree with you. I think people who have that background is more easily to teach people about bitcoin. And i think you can show your income and how much the price for each bitcoin. People will shock because it's very expensive.

I have teached my mother and other not very tech saavvy people just saying that it is internet/electronic money. Almost everybody knows nowaday money is somehow on computers (computers in banks, etc, credit cards) so at a shallow level they tend to understand it.

It is harder to explain it is decentralized, peer to peer and all that.

Yeah if they want to earn extra money then they will start researching on it, and if they don't find it interesting then they will simply ignore it.

You must first win their trust that Bitcoin is very safe to use and that it will have a good future like, that it will be the most used payment method in the future and that it is good that it will be more used later.
Than you can tell how you get some Bitcoins and how you must work with it, that will be good if you can teach that.

It is the best way to teach about bitcoin, than guiding them with various other details. Because if they are truely interested they will learn in a very short term.

Watching videos about how bitcoin work would really help in teaching someone who doesnt have any idea what bitcoin is.
Visualization is much easy to understand than just saying it.

That's true but I think that at initial stage we need to keep it simple, if we complicate things at primary stage then surely people would find it difficult and hesitate in using it.

People like to hear informations from other people they trust, rather then to find it on Google. It's much better way to convince someone on advantages that Bitcoin have and to explain him everything that he needs to know. And they will probably pass that information to others, so it's double effective.

Say something about bitcoin, I think it should be best to start with the terminology first, if you can write it, do it, but it would be best to do a video of it..No need to give them the list of shops and exchanges that accepts bitcoin, they will learn them as they start to use bitcoin, just give them a couple of those sites...

The first I would advise him to know the basic fundamentals about bitcoin, by searching on google or on this board.
then if they already understand about the basic bitcoin, I will teach another thing.
