I explained to her what is Bitcoin all about. I gave her examples on ways on how to earn extra to pay our bills. I cited an example like joining Signature Campaing same on what I am doing. But before starting up with this, I told her to make sure that she needs to rank up first before joining any services because it may serve as a reputation and it is a part of requirement.
I would explain her like I would do with any other person.
The girl is not any other person. Women in general it is difficult to explain something. Here guys, not everyone can understand what and how, and the girl then do get a brain explosion. 
If we look to the future, sooner or later all the same all will know what is Bitcoin, and most importantly, will use it. Perhaps this is the best option to talk to your girlfriend about it, so marasmus preparing it.

well I will take her to a restaurant and also for shopping and I will know sit her down and informa her that thanks to bitcoin because I got the money I am spending from bitcoin investment How would u guys explain Bitcoin to your Girlfriend!

At first she did not believe about bitcoin especially its high value prices but when I explained what is all about and its many uses online and how bitcoin simplify our lives shes amazed..lol
I started mining many years ago and showed her the magical internet money that the noisy computer just made out of thin air. She only believed after the e-commerce purchases were delivered. She never complained again 
I explained it to my wife in the sense of an investment in which values change depending on the supply and purpose. The discussion went on to explaining different projects and how the transactions can set off more of a benefit towards sending funds to families working in other countries. At the end of the discussion, she still liked the idea and told me she supported my interests. 
Tell ur girlfriend that bitcoin are digital gold .if she wants to earn bitcoins tell her to open an account in bitcointalk and tell her to join a signature campaign as soon as possible .after she is earning bitcoins she will be able to sell her bitcoins and buy whatever she wanted with that money . Kudoos

But you spend enough time devoting your attention to something other than her - especially on the computer - and she will become interested in what the hell her name is!!!
If the girl is not interested in the topic cryptocurrency it can not do anything to get it out. The time will come, and she can ask about cryptocurrency
For girls the main thing that had the money in his pocket to buy different things, but where the money come from, in the main they are not interested. So it is better not to look like an idiot and did not tell them anything.

From my experience someone has to be interested in BTC to put forward enough effort to understand it. So I would just bring it up and see just how interested she is in learning more.
She is interested not in learning more about bitcoin and its earning and how much it can spend money and to which it will store your bitcoin. If you do not know where to spend the money, then leave this problem to his girlfriend.

I might even say I will not do anything, because it is possible to take the girl and all this will be hard. Most likely when bitcoin becomes popular, then the problem solved itself.
