First figure out what you do best in. People who are slave to emotions do worse in short term trading and should try otherwise.

Irrelevant but I have a friend who does short term leverage trading, he made good amount of money from trading matic, he would have made much more if he had held  Tongue

I'm still new to crypto, but I want to ask you all, how to trade for the short term in crypto, so that our continue to be profitable..?
This is quite difficult to answer because there are a lot of ways how to become a profitable trader.
But for me, you just need to be dedicated to your trading, you need to become patience, and stick to plan.
Once you develop the above, you need to master it and practice it. Always also think that not most of the time is good to trade, sometimes waiting the another entry is good if you already late and always don't chase your losses.

When the TP is triggered, a trading position is opened and closed on the same day. This is known as short term trading. Long-term trade is very different from short-term trade; it all depends on how much time is spent on a trade each day. Everyone has a different rationale for choosing to engage in short-term or long-term trading. The long-term trade appears to be more profitable than the short-term, despite the fact that they are both risky. Short-term trading is highly difficult since it calls for accurate timing and chart scalping. Scalpers are short-term traders that use the market to their advantage in order to produce successful results.

For short term trade you need to choose best coins which has very good volatile movement and peak and down point of coins you want to invest. As a newbie it will be difficult to you to find this and I fear that you may be enter Fomo and lose your portfolio. My first to you is to learn some basic of Chart analysis and specific coins up and down with BTC volatility.
Money management is very necessary and you should not buy all at once but diversify your amount of trading into parts and then try to buy coin in parts. Stay away from future trading because it's full of risk and as a newbie you have no information about risk management.

Don't believe on YouTubers because they have been paid and most of the. Are sponsor of specific exchange. Use Binance or Coinbase because volume of these exchanges are very good and can buyy and sell on market price. Never buy new coins because it's very difficult to analyse the chart of new coins and there may be large token unlocking which cause price to be dump drastically. a I hope if you follow these basic rules , you will not loss much if market dump .

I want to tell you a fact that may displease you: if you are a newbie, you should not be in a hurry to think about profits or how much money you will make in this market, think about what you should do to limit your losses. Honestly, I have never seen anyone make money immediately when they first start trading, most will be losses or even losses many times, and from there, many people gradually learn lessons to be able to make a profit. There is no method that can make money without knowledge. As a newbie, knowledge is what you should aim for, not profit.

trading will likely cause you more harm than good, given that you are new to cryptocurrency, unless you have prior experience trading forex, stocks, or other speculative markets.
Yeah, this is in mind whenever someone wants to make fortune out of cryopto in short term. Especially bitcoin requires at least 4 year of patience to see the maximum benefit. If we want to reduce those waiting period then we need to sacrifice significant amount of benefits. When people try to reduce that 4 year waiting into few hours then the risk will explode exponentially which might end up losing. Short term is gambling in my opinion and if you understand the risks then you may go for it.

It takes days sometimes months for someone to want to learn and do short term crypto trading, in short trading the risk of loss is huge, remember, trading knowledge is very important.
Instead of spending time and efforts on learning the skills on effective trading, I guess it would be better going for holding for years to get maximum benefit with bitcoin. Even in current bullish trend, I guess making profits in bitcoin market is not easier for all traders; so, avoiding short term trades must be a good idea in my experiences.

Short term trading is never easy, you need a lot of learning and skills before you start trading.

There are a lot of important rules that must be learned before actually starting, for example, in the beginning, you only venture with small capital that you can afford to lose, you also have to learn in the beginning everything about safety measures.

There are a lot of things, personally I would advise you to trade or invest in the long run as it is safer and more profitable.

    -  When you say short-term mate, this is the one you buy crypto that you want to get profit in a quick time, and in this matter, you should learn to go deeper in trading here.

You should have a time frame, you can see that on every exchange site platform with 1min, 5min, 15min, 1hr, 4hrs, and more. Whatever you choose, when the time comes that you have set as a goal, when you see that there is a profit, even if it is small, sell it first and then set a buy order again at the price you want. And you should also be prepared for the risk that you can face in crypto trading.

There's no right strategy as it was all good timing. Even though others will say their ways why they continue to make a profit, it doesn't mean you can also do the same way since we have different ways of handling our coins.

What you need to do is to just continue trading even amid losses. But while you are losing, you should learn new things as your reference.

There is no other way to be a good trader but to build seriously a trading experience.

Short term trading requires certain skills and knowledge, and is usually used in futures. But futures are exactly what a beginner should not do, since this will necessarily lead to a quick loss of the deposit. And there is no need to rush with spot trading, try to get knowledge first, otherwise it will be difficult for you to make the right decision.

Learn trading. That's the only way to earn short term in crypto. Be proper trader by getting grip of good charting patterns and indicators not only this make sure you make one favourite pair and trade on that only, you'll come to know how that coin behaves in particular situation. This is the one and only way to become profitable short term, this also you'll be able to reach after a lots of hit and trials only.

Short term trading is same with day trading, scalping. By the way, I am a day trader, you only take a couple of hours to gain profit. If you want to trade short term, you have to get successful mentor who trade short term, and I suggest to read books on how to use Price Action, Candle Sticks, and Indicator. I didn't suggest to watch YouTube because there's no advance lessons in it and it's incomplete. You should learn also in psychology because it's very important in trading.
Trading day to day is only profitable if one hits the day's best entries. Instead of waiting for a lengthy candlestick before making a profit, scalpers take advantage of short candles. Trading in the short term is rewarding, but timing is difficult because trading positions are constantly being opened and closed. Scalping is the ideal strategy for short-term trading; if used improperly, it can result in losses as well as profits. Price movements are only effective on the short-term market, making it possible to profit daily on open bets.

Your initial goal is wrong, because you only ask to continue to profit. Meanwhile, you are still new and need to learn how to trade properly. Trading in crypto is not easy and requires continuous learning.
To be able to master crypto trading requires knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. Then if you ask about how to make short-term trades in order to get big profits, then you need to learn technical knowledge first. Read every candle movement and be able to make market predictions. and besides that the capital you use must be enough to be able to provide many benefits. If you only have $100 capital and want to continue to profit, be aware that trading is not gambling.
A beginner who wants to trade in the short term continues to want continuous profits, so this is clearly greed at the beginning, where the value of the currency is only profits.
Even though many people have given how to trade in the short term plus the techniques are given, that alone is not enough, there must be an experience that makes him understand even more, including analytical and fundamental techniques that must be prepared, I think this learning will take a long time to understand how to take short-term profits with our own techniques and that all must be done alone without looking at others.

Short term trading is always risky. I am not here to frighten you my friend. But whatever I am saying is from personal experience and knowledge. In short term trades, in order to make more profit, you increase the risk in take and therefore the chances of getting loss also increases. As a newbie it’s always advised to get knowledge about trading. Then track the market for some time and at last use the money at right place. As a newbie your first objective should be to avoid losses, not to make profits.

Short term is my favorite trading and I try how to earn profit consistent every day without have to be long term holding, I don't think easy way how consistency earn profit with short term due need waiting until reached support or drop price for buying. Need extra patience if want to be short term trading in cryptocurrency because up and down drastically not happening in one day.

Usually have extra working and finding new update about new coins listing for potential earn profit trough short term trading, for potential altcoin like BNB, LTC and ETH seems little difficult for earning profit with short term trading.

As a crypto newbie, if you are looking for ways to become rich overnight through crypto currency trading, you better have a rethink, there are no cutting corners when it comes to trading cryptocurrencies, you either follow the due process to learn how to trade or you end up losing all your money..

If you want to earn profit through trading cryptocurrencies, give yourself the time needed to learn, put in the effort required to gain trading knowledge, all this will not happen in one day to even a month, you to give yourself enough time to learn everything that is important to guarantee good profit from trading, so be ready to sacrifice time and resources to learn, if you don't do it, you will just end up gambling your money away.

If you're really serious about getting into trading, you can learn the majority of the fundamentals here[1], but that doesn't mean you'll start making money head on; in fact, you'll probably lose more than winning.

Also, there's this subreddit that has the most comprehensive guide when it comes to day trading.
