How can BTC dominance fall when it has not even started, whatever you have seen in the past is little dominance compared to the real one. It is not yet altcoins time, there are still months ahead of altcoins seasons. The drop you have seen is just a price correction which I believe you should not be new to.

This price correction might be for a while, but this is an indication that $9000 is possible within the next few days or weeks. So the dip anyone should buy now is Bitcoin and not yet altcoins, because altcoins will still plunge more when Bitcoin starts the very big bull with exception of the top altcoins, those ones are known to be Bitcoin followers.
