bitcointalk trust system doesn't work. Just do not worry about it. Smart people
will simply use escrow or find other ways to identify you before trust you. Only fools trust just because "the green"  Wink

Probably just trying to attack and slander him in the worst way they can by tying his name / forum handle to paedophilia.

Ya did that, its fixed now.

Still ugly that anyone can leave you neg feedback for nothing.

LOL.  Take a look at my untrusted feedback.    Tongue

I find it alarming how many times you have been accused of pedophilia. what's the story there? are they attempting to blackmail you to remove negative trust?

Well, trust mean everything. People won't trust you if you have red trust, that is for sure. And trust system can be abused. I have seen it before, if you are scammer you can give negative trust to somebody who marked you as well...

Trust doesn't really mean anything to be honest with you.

Hmm it is sort of weird to see such comment coming from a person who received a negative trust for defaulting on a 0.01 btc loan...

You may also want to take a look at this thread, which describes how the trust system works and what each of the numbers means.

And you may read this thread as well, if you want to know how exactly is the trust score calculated.

Trust is unmoderated.

It would be best to discuss it with the person who left you negative trust.  However, I see you already left them negative trust, so it might be difficult to convince them to remove it.
