Usually it gives a positive impact because we promote the project in a good way but when the project become scam it is a start that people will doubt on investing to the other ICO project and that is not a good sign, well we cannot blame other people because it is a part in crypto industries.

I may as well say that Bounty programs may place a little threat at times to the success of an ICO with respect to dumping of those coins after the ICOs by most of the Bounty Hunters. But the good aspect of it other than adequate campaign given to the ICO project is that most ICOs even after dumping by the Bounty Hunters must have attained their soft cap. Hence, bounty campaign still have more merits than otherwise in the ICOs success generally.
I am very grateful thanks to the payment from ico, my finances changed for the better but now many ico "scam" not like it used to

But the success of these projects (measured by the succeeding of what was laid out in the white paper by the dev team) isn't high. Most of these coins are dying off in a couple months, prices of the coins are crashing, and I would think that people are slowly starting to understand that these coins are nothing more then a moneygrab at people who are greedy as well.
