I will never forget the first time I actually attempted gambling at a very young age.

As you know, my father side has a keen for cockfighting. They used to raise cockfighters in our farm primarily for cockfighting and they would attend tournaments into various arenas for a hefty sum of money. When I was around 13 years old, my father brought me to one of the arenas. Since there were two (2) chickens that will fight to the death, there were people specifically voting for a specific chicken (either A or B).

It was my birthday and my dad somehow convinced me to try and use the money that I received as an attempt to gamble. So before the fight started, I voted for chicken A. On the very first 5-10 seconds, my chicken was winning but suddenly, chicken B was able to slice through the stomach of my chicken, instantly killing him, and that's the story on how I lost my very first gambling game.

I started in online casino with small amount of the money. But I learned first from the friend how to play gambling in online casino. He helped me too much to learned about the casino or gambling then I started gambling. I think if we play blindly then there is more chances to lose money. The best choice to learn first then start gambling. It is useful and also helpful in gambling.

I spent a bunch in my first time playing. I remember those days, I am depending my bet to a paid gambler who shares his betting strategy and script in playing dice , but it doesn't work for me I don't know why . And then I study of by myself ahmm not so deep just basic in gambling and I enjoy playing rather than thinking that I need to win that game in order for me to get more money.

Blindly, urged by a friend. I can still remember it, my first bet. I was worried about my money but luckily I experienced beginner's luck.
That was a card game where many people are choosing what card will come out, it needs to be a pair. I won x18 and bought beers, the leftover money was to try my luck again, and it did hit one more time.

I am laughing from my stomach just by reading all the posts to this thread lol. My first time gambling was at Las Vegas. I must have been 10 or 11. Of course my parents would never let me near gambling but my uncle (big surprise there) would not mind it if I played the slot machines in Las Vegas while nobody watched. Ah man, the golden 90s. Those were the times.

To be honest, Las Vegas itself was a really big thing in my childhood, for some reason. My first visit there must have gotten me interested in gambling in the first place. And I remember winning $20. Which was a nice day for me, as I got to keep the money, until my parents found out.

It's been a long time now, First bet was on a football game, I knew the betting terminologies, and knew how to bet exactly, but I played with emotions and not strategy and the statistics from previous games. I lost my bet easily, it didn't hurt so much because it was a meager amount. I had some working knowledge on gambling particulary sports betting. I started playing with serious money back when I was in the latter years of high school. Was it in real life or online. Well, in real life I started in carnivals like roulette but it by color and you will win prizes like snacks and stuffed toys. Though you won't win money but it is similar to gambling and later on applied it in the real gambling that's why I am already familiar with the casino games, though not all. There are some games like Black jacks and baccarat that I just had discover a months when I started gambling and it actually entertains me and I think I am good at it.

My first gambling experience occurred a long time ago, so I cannot quite remember the exact details, but it was as a result of my interest in sports.
I had always been a strong lover of Football, Basketball, and Hockey. This interest built the desire to try and predict outcomes on sport matches and then eventually led me to try and test out my permutation skills on some bookie platform. My strong interest in sports was not actually replicated in actual gambling, and I gave upon it soon after, only now playing periodically, out of sheer curiosity on what the outcome would be, and sometimes for fun.

I used to follow one of my friends to gambling back then when i have no sound experience in it but the day i make up my mind to have a try was my first loss as well because i place the bet but couldn't win, but ever since that first attempt it has triggered me to consistently gamble with the expectations and hope to win something big seing others winning around me, but unfortunately all attempts in the first month were failed and a waste of money because i don't have the giid experience in gambling and the kind of bet i place but what was over me then wad the desperation for a win by luck.

As a small boy my grandfather used to take me to the store where he always played lottery and would give me 2 scratch cards when we were watching the lottery girl picking the numbers Saturday evening. My parents still hate gambling to this day, but my grandfather taught me a lot about it with out them knowing. Also my first few card games I learned from him. So I was interested in casinos and gambling at a very young age. During high school I had some probability lessons and we did some roulette and blackjack games in class without money of course. As soon as I turned 18 I wanted to visit my first casino with some friends. We did have some strategies for roulette and blackjack, but lost all our money. We left the casino completely broke. I still remember today that on the one roulette table was a red steak of 7 or 8 numbers in a row and I placed a large bet on black only to see red come one more time. For the first time in a casino it was still fun and a great atmosphere.

As far as I remember, I did a bet with our local basketball match. It's funny because I don't know who are the players was and I have no idea what are their current standing. It was an absolutely blind bet. I remembered that I did that small bet because my friends was pretty hyped with a certain team and they are betting with each other and I myself don't want to get out of place so I bet by random. I won that bet and all the money that me and my friends won from each other were all spent on our foods as we watch the next game of the night. In my case first betting was the memorable for me. Gambling is common even some people already know how to play and make an initial deposit, I myself didn't do any help to anyone I just tried it myself and did it alone at home without anyone knowing, but it didn't become a blind pig with a lot of money which is deposited but starting with small money to start the initial bet so for me this is an easy thing, I don't even need to learn in the game and I just take my time when all the work is done.

I did not have a hard time learning my first bet on a dice game a friend explained this to me I first played my first attempt on Stake.com, I also fall on this martingale thing by reasoning at first logic tells us that doubling up will recover our losses but was busted because there is no guaranty that your next roll will be in your favor because of the house edge I ended up losing my winning, my first gambling, I experienced my first chasing my loses, it's really a bad experience.

I started betting small in lottery and slot bets blindly. That happened before I got to know online gambling sites, after I got to know online crypto gambling sites, of course I learned more about gambling, how to place bets, how to play and all the ways related to these gambling sites, be it slot games, sports, dice, poker and so on.

Conclusion: at first I was involved in gambling betting blindly and changing with the learning method as time went on, until now.
