My first bet was actually offline, I played lotto because a friend of mine who has been playing the game for long won it and I wanted to try my luck too if I could Win, I knew nothing about lotto back then and the two times I played it, my friend help me with choosing the numbers but of course, I won nothing and I stopped..

In 2016, when I got into crypto, I was actively earning bitcoin for free through faucets, this was how I discovered Freebitco, I joined this casino not to gamble but to earn the hourly free bitcoin, one day, I was tempted to try the Hi Lo game with the bitcoins Ive earned from the platform, I knew nothing about the game mechanics, I just from my sense of reasoning knew where to enter the amount of bitcoin I wish to bet with, then I began pressing the Hi or Lo buttons, from here, I discovered the weekly lottery and started joining in that too..

This was how I got into gambling and betting, I played blindly for several months, even today, there are some games I still play blindly, because I know nothing about how they work, but I still do it with money I can afford to lose.

I think the first attempt of my gambling journey is when I bet a football match with my friend, I only bet for little money like $1-2 at that time. It's all fun and I wouldn't regret with my first experience on gambling, every week I always set a side of my money to gamble because gambling is really make me happy. Even though I didn't make a bet with my friend again, there's an online bookies that I can use to make a bet of my favorite team.

The first time that I went on a land base casinos, I was really at awe, just like a kid around because it's huge and the experience is amazing.

Obviously, I lost some money and then I got addicted and hooked to. Although I have change in the last 5 years and no longer that person who always go to a casino and gamble all my money as I learn a painful lesson. But it was a experience that I can't forget going inside and how I was introduce to the world of land base casinos like years and years ago. No regrets though, no longer a gambling addict and although I still play today, it was all just for fun.

I started in a sports betting cafe. I just visited there, looked at people who are checking through matches. I also checked match list from paper released by sportsbetting company. I checked odds etc. I played for 1 Turkish lira as I remember and odd was like 35. It would mean I could eat very good lunch if I won. (I was like 17-18). I lost in the end but I liked atmosphere. People were looking at channel at crt tv. Smart phones weren't really smart so we preferred to look at regular papers. Owner of gambling place was giving out ticket/coupon. Very physical and lively.

The first time I decide to gamble is I gamble blindly and spent all of my money in order to double or triple my money, but in the end I loss everything. After then I learn to not use all of my money to gamble and I have no intention to recover my losses, so I only gamble what can I afford to lose. Until now, I have a good mental and gambling habit, so I can control myself. The main important of gambling is for fun, not to chase profit.

My first bet is on a horse racing it's not really easy and I expect to lose because it's hard to make a good combination of the horses that are competing, I just rely on copying bets because that's many of my friends who are also new in horse betting then, not really reliable but the first month of betting is not that good it's only on the second month that I accurately predict the right combination of horses or winners in a lap, I left betting in horses because its time consuming have to spend seven 3 to 4 hours just to finish all the laps because I was then betting in a winner take all rounds which are predicting the winning horses in 7 to 8 consecutive laps.

Before, I don't usually gamble, I just play with friends with just kids stuff, cars, toys made of plastic and rubbers and sports. That's all we do, until a new friend comes who knows how to gamble with just the simple 52 cards, the popular deck.
It may just be for nickel and dimes but in the long run it's getting frustrating if you will lose it all. My first attempt and a long losing streak was not fun at all.

It was not an online betting so yeah I took time to learn it before actually getting into a real money bet. If you guys are familiar with Chinese Poker, that's the first gambling game I've put a bet into. There were a lot of crazy dudes in my place before who mastered the reading and memorizing the cards thrown in the deck. So, it was really a tough game and it would really challenge your memory.
It was quite fun, some people even played it overnight during weekends, but not me lol.

Back in Highschool. Played with some friends, and started as something really light, with no money involved. Then it came, like a wave, everyone suddenly started slapping money while playing, got caught by it, and well, inevitably fell into the gambling hole. Started some light online gambling, discovered sports gambling exists, and basically enjoyed the heck out of my stay there. I'm actually glad I started then instead of when I was a bit older, I lost a lot yes, but a lot in terms of back then. Looking back from now it's actually pretty small, and my impulsiveness was pretty much lost (luckily) when I left that age range.

My first was nothing because I was almost forced to bet as I have no choice that time since i accompanied my cousin and need to be there.

I started at a young age playing card games called "tongits" in our country. I didn't bet blindy because you can't play this card game if you have no idea on how it works. It's an advantage if you have deep knowledge about it so you can come up with a strategy since this game is not only depends on luck.

On the other side, I place a bet for the first time in dice game in an online casino that is still existing up to now. I'm not lucky that time as I only became interested to gamble after seeing the winnings of a friend through this game. The casino has a faucet which you can use to play, so even my first attempt is not good, I was able to continue playing dice though I still didn't win using their free sats.

It was the little things that paved most of the players nowadays in gambling. I remember during my youth, we also have our little ways that mirrors engagement in gambling. Way back, we play card games and make a bet on who will win among our fellow players and even make a bet on our own risking. We don't necessarily bet money, but we bet the cards that we have. We also made bets on spiders fighting on a stick. There were also times that we bet while playing marbles and the likes.

It was really a fun childhood for me. It showcased the little introduction for gambling. Before, it made me thrilled and nervous at the same time if I'm going to win or lose which is the emotions gamblers in online set up and physical casinos feel too. I guess these are my little attempt initially in gambling before diving into the risk of uncertainty in this period of time.

I started betting out of curiosity about a Youtube video I accidentally saw.
There I saw that streamers could win easily and earn a lot of money, which made me wonder whether it was really that easy to win in gambling games.
And accidentally visited the casino site and registered there and tried to play.
But I didn't play blindly but took a look at each game and found that playing dice was very easy and I also found the slot games easy to play too.
Only the poker game makes me study longer because it's not easy for me.

My first gambling experience was aided by a friend. I never knew anything about gambling until he brought some few numbers and told me that these few numbers could multiply my money if I used them to stake a game. Then there was nothing like online gambling or crypto gambling all we had then was physical gambling houses. As an apprentice in a vocational school I had to use my lunch money to play the game. The most annoying part of it was that I lost the bet. I became very disappointed because he assured my that if I play those game my little funds would multiply. This means that my first gambling experience was an ignorant or blind one.

But for those of us who are still in school and just want to enjoy life, so we gamble using the remaining pocket money that our parents give us. Oh, as far as I can remember, yeah, I have to spent some time to learn and obviously lose some money in the beginning. But the sports that I got involved in early is not that hard to understand and I was influence by my father.

And not sure if you guys have heard about Jai-Alai, this is one of the early sports that I bet, (besides those with your friends). It was an old game originated in Basque in some area of Spain. This is very famous way back here in the Philippines.

So I just bet blindly on the game to some bookies in our neighborhood early on, it is legal here, but I can't go on to bet because I was under age. So I have to go and bet on some obscure bookies, hehehe.
