People are too focus on making money without even making any effort on knowing more about the market. We cannot not stop ICO's from launching since we don't know yet if it’s a scam or not. We should educate people now on and tell them how the market works.They need to know the proper knowledge before they are going to invest .
The main feature of the market of crypto currency is that it runs on the basis of decentralization. It has no central authority to regulate the market. Since the market is decentralized, it is not possible to stop scam coins from launching in ICO. Moreover it is also difficult to recognize coin as scam until it comes to the ICO.
We can't stop scam ICO project launching because we don't know that which project will scam or which project will hit. A newbie must aware investing in ico project . First they need to know how to analysis an ico project. We need to collect scammed ico project owner information so that they can't launch new project. If they launch then we will know that him/his project will scam.
It would be difficult to stop the scammy ICO’s. More rules and regulations are needed to be made for that. The people need to study more before investing on any ICO.
I don't think it would be possible to stop ICOs projects from launching into the market, the only way for investors to prevent themselves from getting scam is to analyze whether the project is legit or a scam from the start by putting some of their efforts and time to research the main purpose of the project, the usage of the tokens and the team members who are developing the ERC 20 tokens.
Let's think together, because the scammers are focused solely on how to tear off our money. They don't think about the project. If we carefully choose the projects, then there will be less scammers. But people are literally obsessed with profits and in most cases do not even read the white paper of the project, trusting the unverified ICO ratings, not understanding that everything in our life is sold.
I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?
First of all, it is extremely difficult to differentiate between a regular ICO and a scam ICO in the beginning. Only when the ICO ends, we will be sure about that. But if someone notices that scammers are among the ICO promoters, then definitely we can take action against that ICO.

Hardly we can directly stop the launch of the scam ICOs atm, but at least we can try to minimize the possibility of successful fundraising by such "projects", more closely researching these "projects" and not supporting those who cause suspicion. You can't stop launching scam ICO? You can't stop people who are greedy, who wants earn money easily by scamming people who trust in them.. We can only do is to do effort to research about the project we want to invest..
I think there needs to be some sort of regulation that governs the production of the new ICO, but it's all. There must also be some kind of group that can make the team of developers and coin-makers meet before they can introduce new coins to the market, because I feel the same worries as others , ico scam becomes a problem that makes it negative on development.
For this it is necessary that all ICO projects have a license to conduct investment charges. Therefore, the state should take appropriate measures as soon as possible

Definitely who does not want to be be in scam free world. Additionally we are talking about crypto market now. I believe that when the scam is reduce in the crypto market countries government rules and regulation will be more lenient on crypto trading, crypto user like you and mewill be more at ease when we trade eth or any coins. If the traders are more knowledgeable in choosing an ico to invest, slowly after sometime ICO scams should be lesser. As crypto trading is a very lucrative and scams evolve is a normal thing. I believe we only can reduce the number and not totally.
It's hard to stop something that's so widely known now. You can only educate and inform people about the risks of investing their money without doing further research about the project first. And also call out people who put scam ICOs out there.

It's only theory but it's impossible in this world while identity of everyone is anonymous so they can do what they want and of course they wanna scam money from other people cause it's the easiest way to get money without doing anything.

. Someone here told about government regulation but he forgets that crypto is about decentralisation and we should not forget about it
Yes what we need is just a proper ventilatory system that will help foster better assessment and bring to Crypto traders the best

I myself really want to stop the scam ICO and coins. however, what can I do? I can only do it by not invetsin gin the project by analzying the deep resarch. However, it may not work. Some very good projects are launched and the community is built. But then, they are scammed easily. It is very difficult to stop the scams.
We cant stop them from launching but we can definitely keep them from taking off, with better awareness, cautious investment and educating ourselves.
The only way was just to create more regulations over ICOs, and that already happened, anyway, there are a lot of scammy projects and a lot of people are losing their money because of fake projects.
