Scam projects is the one of a main problem in the industry now. The trust of the people is damaged by this kind of scam projects. I wish really if we have a method to eliminate the scams.
Fraudulent ICO is very difficult to recognize. Their organizers are becoming more sophisticated and such projects look even more natural than honest ICO.
Honestly we cannot stop scam ICO to launching but we can avoid by choosing wise and make a research about it. Since money is there when creating ICO, so we cannot stop to those people to create their own ICO, so i think its better to be wise when choosing ICO because nowadays there's a lot scam ICO came out. It's very difficult to do this because everyone has the right to make their own ICO, the crypto market is very free. I think we can't stop ICO scams but we can avoid getting into a scam ICO. However, there seems to be no way to stop ico fraud. Because now there are many bad people who try to make a profit using crypto. So all we have to do is better understand where ico is cheating and where is ico legit. We must try to do our own research.

We can stop scam ICO to be created by not contributing on their ICO. Both investors and bounty hunters will have to do some due diligence.

There should some trusted source and authority confirmed by crypto community. Im also tired from scam projects and all those people who are bad influencing on crypto world

Personally, I don't think you can stop people from launching ICO. If you can join any ICO, then you can view the ICO team. It provides you with strong and stable information and is looking for a good ICO. Well i don't think we'll have any hand in an ico's launch whether it's legitimate or a scam. There are a lot of scam icos dude and that's aside from the failed icos you're talling about. I think you can't stop that, it's really bad for all of us. But it's hard to stop it. People have done everything they can to get big money. So they will use fraudulent methods to make money. That's the nature of evil human beings. so you can't stop it I think.
