If it happens to me, I can't stop thinking of it, but definitely one day I will stop thinking about it and see it as history or not yet, my time for big wins just like how it happened to me when I lost a bet that would have given me long-term smiles.

This has always been my case. Whenever I predict a game and I am not able to play it maybe due to lack of funds or something else, the game mostly play but when I am fortunate to play it takes miracle to deliver the ticket. Even this previous weekend EPL game it has happened to me. I predicted 11 good odds but was very busy with some activities and could not play the game but it won. The truth is that there's nothing we can do about it and if you continue thinking about it too much you might end up with emotional distress which is not good for you as it will not allow you to focus on your new challenges.

One thing with betting is that, you have to be patience and stop being greedy else you'll continue losing. When you accumulate heavy odds in order to win huge amount with a little wager, your chances of winning will be very minimal. You can select few odds and stake as little as you can.

There are no feelings whatsoever, I will never regret it even if my bet is correct and wins in the end, because if the situation is that I don't have money, why should I force it, what if the situation is reversed, when I don't have money but there is a friend who wants to lend me a lot of money because he believed in me, then I bet all the money, of course if I won it would change my life, but in the end I lost, it would only leave debt and sadness.

I won't think about it from just one point of view, we have to look at other points of view to make it look fairer, but this is where I learned that sometimes when we gamble we should have full control when there is money, just gamble and bet on bets that we believe in, but otherwise don't have money, avoid gambling and any bets, especially debt. it won't be good in the end.   Wink

People like those (me) who don't gamble for fun have this question to answer: how will you feel when you don't have money to stake a game that you predicted and better winning games you predicted played the way you predicted it and when you checked the winning was something that could have changed your life for ever if you didn't gambled again after such winning?

This question can be very tough to answer, but believe me, many people won't stop thinking of that if it happened to them, so I want to know your opinion about how you would feel if it happened to you.

It happened to me many times but not money that can change my life, One of the things that you should learn from gambling is how to let go, one of the hardest things that are hard to let go is you already won a big amount of money but you want to extend your lucky streak and by doing so you eventually lose everything you've won because you are chasing your big winning.
The adrenaline rush is something that is hard to keep.

This happened not only in gambling, it happened in real life situation, more like opportunity you missed or the chance you refuse to take because of the risk involved. However, does it matters if the game went as you predicted or not, you didn't play it and you didn't involved any risk, there is nothing to feel atleast for me, it's a chance I missed and refuse to take due to financial condition and money to play. At that moment, I will feel bad but will forget it the next minute, will try again the next time.

I know other people will say you should borrow money and gamble which is a big mistake, the moment you start gambling with borrowed money, it will become a habit that will be difficult to avoid, hence any moment you lack fund to play, the next thing that will come to your mind is to go and borrow money and when you lose, you will have yourself to blame especially when you categorically stated that you play because of money and not for the fun, you should never regret but make sure to used the same skill proficiently the next time you have money to play as you do for the money and not for the fun.

Do you mean someone who lacks the funds but sees a significant opportunity to win a bet right in front of them?

I believe I've encountered such a situation before, and I was unable to take any action due to the unavailability of sufficient funds to stake at that time. My confidence in winning the gamble stood at 90%, as it involved a local boxing match between two inexperienced individuals.

I had access to some undisclosed information that one of the participants was not a genuine boxer, while the other was a well-trained pugilist. They both made their boxing debut that night. In this particular betting setup, there was only a x2 multiplier on the bet amount, and it applied in the immediate vicinity of the boxing ring.

In a fun and informal setting like this, gambling was inevitable, with cash payouts on the line. Unfortunately, I refrained from participating that evening due to my lack of a substantial sum to wager.

Predicting the outcome of a game correctly is a great achievement and you should be proud of your skills. Assuming that you put in a lot of time to learn about the league and your favorite team, I would expect you have at least 10 USD that you can use to bet on the match. In case you are able to predict the exact score of the match you should still make a decent return. Don't think so much about what could have been if you placed a larger bet. It's more important to know that your analysis is right and you should do the same for the next match. Start slowly building your bankroll soon you will be able to bet much larger amounts. You don't get rich from bet alone, it's going to take time and for that it's all about being right and making the correct calls.

Probably regrets will come into play because it's a human nature and that's how we normally deal with a possible win turned into nothing. But the best way you can do is to move on, maybe it isn't just your lucky day. Just think of it like this, you may not won, at least you did not lose money either. Maybe it's not your time, and there's a bigger opportunity that's waiting for you.

Of course, there will be regrets and what if in your end. But nevertheless, what can you do? it happen already and it just you didn't stake something and win big that can change your life so there is nothing you can do but to move on with your life.

And who knows, maybe that kind of opportunity will present itself again to you and maybe this time, you will not want to miss that opportunity and put and risk something in your end.

I think it's not difficult to answer because if you only use gambling as entertainment, you won't really care about the matches that will take place, especially if you don't have money. But if you don't use gambling for fun and can't place a bet, it will be sad because we missed a match we might have won.

However, you should be able to stop thinking about it because other matches are more interesting. And at that time, you have money to place a bet and win it. So don't be too sad because you still have time to bet again. That's what I do if I'm broke and can't place a bet.

Life isn't just for placing bets.

If you say the winning could changed your life, I don't believe about it. Usually the odds in sports bookie for the heavy underdog are around @[email protected], in gambling you must use the money you can afford to lose, something like below 5%. Even you successfully place in one bet and win with @40.00 odds, it's still not able to change your life due to the money you gamble is small.

Do you think you will bet will all the money you have? nope.

That is why it's better to gamble with at least the little amount you can afford to gamble with, like what I does mostly is that I don't go predicts games if I don't have money to place those bets so,
You know some time we might predict a game when we have the money we can afford but in a situation where by you have to live the game you predicted and you use the money for something else, situation like this can occur right? And letter the thing you used the money for letter don't profit you anything after all.

True!
So for that I suggest next you should try share your game to a close friend who often gambles with you place those bets if you don't have money to gamble at the moment. I strongly believe that if those games plays accordingly your friend wouldn't forget you entirely rather, if he is a generous person you could get some percentage after those game plays accurate as predicted.

I'd feel annoyed, but i'll do my best to move on from the situation, and when i'm taking gambling seriously, I need to avoid getting swept by these missed wins because i'll be encouraged to make bad decisions the next time I gamble. I also had days where I skipped out on a possible winner because it felt too risky to take the bet, so I already know how it feels to miss out on potential winnings.

I don't feel like that when it comes to gambling, but I do it with investing.
Some people call this being stuck in a dream world of endless possibilities, like people who lost someone in an accident and they spend their days thinking what would they be doing now if that person was alive, or if they should have spent more time with them before the accident.
Being like that is a way of slowly tormenting yourself with thoughts. Don't do it. Live in the present and don't have regrets.

It's not tough to answer. You just have to accept that sometimes such things happen.

I do have lots of missed opportunities to place a bet and those bets got won. In the first place, do you really have the guts and bravery to place a decent bet on it? Since you are talking a life-changing amount, that requires a decent bet too.

Just move on and mind the current one. We will never move forward if we will think about that situation.

I have seen things happen to people that I know, but their wins are not always life-changing amount. Whenever they make predictions and they don’t place a bet on the prediction that they make, the prediction will always end up being correct, and the one on which they decide to place a bet will end up disappointing them. Things like this are always annoying, and you will end up regretting why you even didn’t place a bet on the prediction that you make, even if you won’t be making a big amount, but at least a little amount will come out of it.

Then Just imagine you are going to win a life-changing amount, it’s really going to be painful, but since you didn’t place a bet on it, it's already too late and nothing can be done about it, you just have to accept your faith and move forward, if you keep on thing about it won’t solve any problem.

I actually feel nothing about that. Since i don't have money and im just calling myself as unlucky enough. That's enough to explain what i was feeling.
There's no even need to regret it because in fact i don't have money to be gambled. Why do i need to regret it once im not even betting on it because i have no money to bet?
It sounds non sense if you were regretting your imagination to win such huge amounts of money that can change your life.

Such question is not a hard question to answer. Just never try to be trapped with your imagination. Try to realize the reality that happened to you.

You just need to drop it off. There's no benefit in thinking about that since it's not happening in yours. Leave from your delusional and accept the reality.

It isn't difficult to answer.  As long as the person does not have greed in his heart, he can just shrug and move on.  What makes it difficult is the greed inside one person's heart.  It can't let go of the possible opportunity that was actually not given to him in the first place.

I don't mind missing the opportunity to win big because I believe it is not for me especially when we are discussing gambling activity where everything is almost uncertain.

when they ask people not to think about the victories they could have had if they had bet and because this could lead people to become addicted gamblers very easily, betting or gambling is not something to put feelings into, it is not something for the person to stay making plans to get rich soon. a person, for example, may think that because game Z had a good result and if he had put money in he would have made that profit, but on the day that person puts money in team Z he will lose money even though he knows that team Z will be playing against a stronger team weakest in the world, that's because gambling is unpredictable and you can't be thinking about what you could have done

It's a serious mistake to think about the games you didn't bet on and the games you bet on and lost. ask yourself how much time you spend thinking about gambling per day and how much time you think about other things per day, this will lead you to wonder if you weren't thinking about gambling most of the time per day and if you notice that If you don't stop thinking about gambling then you are addicted, people deny this but they keep remembering the times they thought about betting on game Z but they didn't have any money and game Z could have made them a profit. but thinking about it leads a person to gamble compulsively

In my case, I don't think about the games I lost, I don't think about the games I could have bet on and they won, to be honest, when I place a bet I try to watch the game just to update myself on how both teams are playing with their squad. Z and X and with strategy Y, so that in the next games I can have more data and make a better bet, but when the game ends I forget about it and I don't remember games in which I didn't bet on them

That's a question that's not difficult to answer, if someone wins a lot at gambling, it feels like he finds pleasure and doesn't necessarily think about just stopping. Because if someone is gambling for the first time and wins, they are actually curious and eager to try again.
If a person is not equipped with self-control then that person will become addicted to gambling, this is a fact that I have seen and happened in the field.

I'm not sure how "many" is the people who can't stop thinking about it, because me, I've had an experience just like this many times already and it's even worst since I had the money and the only thing that I should need to do is to place that money as a bet for the team that I have predicted to win.
Not only in gambling actually, but with life in general. Have you ever had an experience where you are doing something that you really love to do to make a living? Like turning your passion into profit? But you stopped in the middle of the process because you think you don't have enough talent and skills to pull it up successfully? Well, that kind of a similar thing. Therefore, that question ain't really hard to answer for me. How'd I feel with that certain situation? Well, normally as a human, you'll feel frustrated and disappointed but you gotta move on and move forward, you just can't dwell with it for a long period of time because that feeling will get you nowhere as it makes you feel demotivated.
