Bleutrade HTML5 Volume: 32,915,617.37178000

Actually Bleutrade volume is well over a billion in the past 48 hours due to the dumping of coins into what are normally crazy low priced orders that would normally never be filled. Two low priced orders traded over a half billion coins.

For the record I am NOT saying anyone is dumping the Cryptsy wallets. I would like to see the wallets to confirm they are corrupt. I am simply trying to understand why we have had this massive meltdown and huge dumping.

There was clearly something going on the past 48 hours and now we have confirmation of that: A 51% ATTACK.

NEWS from Bluetrade: "NOTICE: [HTML5] Wallet maintenance. A 51% attack was successful at Html5coin and transactions were erased. Due to this vulnerability Html5coin will be removed soon."

The exchange has confirmed the coin is under attack, and they are going to delete the coin. This means there really is nowhere to trade and we are finished. The only other trading pair on Yobit is BTC and that is little volume. What a total shame. I have put years into this coin, and have had hash on it continually for the past two years to keep it moving when it was mostly abandoned. It was my node that people having been syncing to for a long time, but it appears it is all for nought.

There has been massive hash showing up here and there and in the past few days 100MH has been on the polish pool (today it's gone).

Very disheartening to see this happening.

This sucks, I can provide it with an exchange once my game is done using my finished in-game exchange but that won't be for a while.

For the first time in a long time my Solo servers where offline late Sunday night to early Wednesday morning. I was away and could not restore them. A good time for someone to attack where there was no opposition.

Very disheartening to see this happening, this was my favorite, and the one I dedicated my servers to keeping my alive. This seems to be the end of the line for X15 coins, the end of an era. I am not aware of any other viable X15 coins.

Just for the record, out of the 176 wallets we received from the Receiver, none have been found to be corrupt.

Perhaps there was a problem with the HTML5 Dropbox link/upload. I'm not sure?  Huh

There were two wallets provided as well as 2 backups of those wallets. The small wallet was too corrupted for it to load or be repaired by the wallet itself.

The larger wallet was able to be partially repaired but after attempting repairs it would give a message that transaction data and blocks are missing and freeze the wallet for a bit before finally crashing.

It could be a dropbox issue but I don't know. If you want to send the link and password to someone else here to check that would be fine with me.

This is a very commendable thing to do, thanks. I sent the H5 team an email to let them know what's going on.

I think they are doing some coins a huge disservice.

There is no checking going on that the actual community is represented. How many coins are being mass dumped now because a wallet was handed over to the first person who came along? Those wallets should have been destroyed if the coins could not be returned to their original owners who are the ONLY ones that have any right to them.

I can assure you that those wallets are fried. If you want to give them a shot please message Marlena and see what they would like to do. I sent the wallets to them after I failed to get them working, maybe they have had better luck.

Send them to me I will get them to work and I will send all the coins into the black hole so no one gets screwed.

It is pretty clear there is A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF DUMPING going on Bluetrade right now, maybe more than a billion coins and it has completely screwed everybody. Where could that amount of coins could have come from?

The only fair way to handle the cryptsy wallet is to send all the coins into the black hole cancelling them out.

Something certainly seems to be going on, and the price is one third what it was a few days ago.

Our team obtained many of the cryptocurrencies that were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed. The HTML5coin wallet.dat was among those recovered.

We are now in the process of giving these wallet files back to their respective communities. The wallet has not been inspected and it's unknown if it contains any coins. If you are a developer of this coin, or a longstanding community member, you can file a request for the wallet in this thread: https://www.gldtalk.org/index.php?topic=3789.0

Where did this wallet go? I probably mined the majority of those coins. The wallet holder needs to be sending those coins back to their owners, not hoarding them, and definitely not selling them.

I contacted them and received the H5 wallets but they are corrupted and do not work. I attempted to get them working again but to no avail. After I couldn't get them to load I sent them to the H5 team and they will see what they can do to salvage them.

hmmm....

h5 has seen some volume lately.

Might want to see if you can get added to that PoSWallet

what purpose is poswallet for a pow coin huh ?

PoSWallet has an exchange on it which could be useful. HTML5 is a PoW/PoS coin, it's just that the PoS part hasn't kicked in yet.

Hello... what's happening here then?  Someone's been buying up HTML5 for 1 sat and the DOGE price is surging upwards.  Is this a genuine upwards trend or is someone taking a hit on the BTC market to activate the DOGE market?  (People buying with DOGE in the hope they can set for 1sat later??)
