It looks like bleutrade has stopped all deposits and withdrawals. I'm not sure about yobit. I just thought I'd post an update as I didn't see anything specific here. They have a notice up that it was a 51% attack.

Couldn't you just ask Yobit to temporarily, stop the trading for a bit, until get the blockchain for the new wallet straightened out?

If the wallet having an issue that is being fixed is strange or smells weird to you then I don't think cryptocurrencies is your thing. I would suggest reading on how code works so you can have a better understanding of these strange smells.

There is an issue with the current wallet and everyone has been asked to stop mining it until the new wallet that is being worked on is released.
