There are some factors why there are still people ignoring bitcoin, others when the heard the name of bitcoin they will say a scam but more are just really don't understand the nature of bitcoin.

Many people around me who also ignore this bitcoin opportunity. Even they assume that bitcoin is useless and they judge that I will not get any profit in bitcoin. But, I am still desperate to join bitcoin. I analyze that those who hate bitcoin because they can not open with technology, they want an instant income. But, in bitcoin business, we are required to be patient if you want to get big profits. Only short-minded people who want income in instant. When all that takes process.

Most people are not interested in Bitcoin because they are not exposed to the opportunities it offers but just soaked in the fake bad news circulating about Bitcoin. Others have heard the testimonies of Bitcoin investors yet are afraid to venture because of the volatility nature whereas others have entered Bitcoin investment before and failed because they failed to study the market trend hence bought at the peak of the pump and sold at dips. Sch people will definitely lose interest and can even spread such FUD in other potential investors.

Such news cannot effect the image of bitcoin too much. Actually not only bitcoin but all round every currency may be use for illegal activities, but these cannot stop people from using it, bitcoin has now become part of our daily life, and in every instant its important is increasing, therefore bitcoin popularity will continue increasing, and people will like to continue using bitcoin and do investment there.

In that case, I agree that bitcoin has become more prominent even though some were linked to illegal activities. But I don't believe that those using bitcoin for illegal activities wasn't subjected by authority sanctions on law. If those were victims of a person who scam people that's interested with bitcoin, then it means that many of them engaged with bitcoin in a wrong ways of handling their funds, entrusting it with strangers or swindlers.

I know many people that are afraid from investing in Bitcoin because its price is too volatile.
You got lucky and earned from it as you said, but there are others that lost huge amounts of money when the market started falling.

we cannot avoud on this world that there will always be people who will hate something even how good it is. Its just the nature of the people. But what I can say is that I pity them because of that.

Most if the reason why people are refraining from investing in bitcoins is the fact that a lot of them is thinking that bitcoin is a huge scam in the internet. Following the bitconnect issue. Another rwason why people may not want to invest is because of financial reasons. They couldn't invest because they have no adequate money to invest to gain enough profits in the long run.

I think they are not interested to earn an etra income,they are already satisfied in what they are earning every month with their salary.Others don't believe that bitcoin can save them from their financial problems.Maybe they are also afraid because they think this is a scam.

I think these people that do not believe and interested probably they don't understand what bitcoin is and they were thinking that btc is a ponzi scheme. These people had no knowledge whatsoever about btc and just believe what others were saying bad things about it. People should understand and no more about btc before making a conclusion. They can do research using google and in you tube since there are many blogs to choose from.

Cryptocurrencies and bitcoin is a virtual property means is not physical but virtual is the new physical world this is where the new generations are more comfortable having a virtual word and virtual currency is their new money and they put trust in it. If people didn't really understand the future technology of cryptocurrency and the modern hyper-ledger technology- the blockchain which is the backbone of bitcoin then they might say that bitcoin is a piece of crap.

Due to its anonymity bitcoin is often used as prime target hackers and cybercriminals. This case had attacked Mt Gox as the largest bitcoin exchange market. Even Mt Gox then declared bankruptcy.
In the past year, the bitcoin community continues to debate the performance of blockchain. If this's not resolved properly, it could be that bitcoin users are switching to another better blockchain, besides that most countries still prohibit the use of bitcoin as a means of payment.
