Scam: 1. a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
How exactly does HumanResources fall under that category?
Every contest/signature campaign has been paid for (Hero+ members upfront) & there have been no problems.
You make a new account and post this, why not just post it on your main one?

The best way for them is firstly to put the funds in escrow to protect the participant, secondly they should create only one thread and then the managers can co-manage the campaign and take each of them separated duties and responsibilities etc. Even though HumanResources paid some hero members upfront it does not guarantee that will pay the others.

There is something going on here:

already three campaigns has started and all 3 'advertising' same (fake) company called HumanResources.

1st campaign thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/humanresourcesi2pxyz-high-paying-signature-campaign-pay-per-post-016m-1302585
2nd campaign thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/human-resources-fixed-rate-signature-campaign-up-to-024-btc-a-month-1302720
3rd campaign thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/full-humanresources-signature-campaign-fixed-rate-full-1305559

EDIT:
4rd campaign thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/humanresources-signature-campaign-fixed-rate-earn-up-to-024-btcmonth-1305655

IMO -> HumanResources is a scammer. (Edit: even when I may be wrong it will comes out that I was right.)
What's your opinion?
