I don't know whether hypnosis is true or not. For me hypnosis is simply a suggestion given by someone to give commands to the victim so that the victim will sure his orders were true

I have never met people who can introduce themselves to the state of trance. I think shamans or esotericists can do it. and hypnosis is after all when someone is injected intentionally. I wonder what I would say in this state ...

In therapy, hypnosis usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. Sometimes it is used to treat mental illnesses.

It's kind of weird to me. Some of the cases seems real but some not at all.
Sometime it feels that it's just a drama script.

I believe in hypnosis, because I have been in hypnosis several times by my own friends who do master hypnotherapy. At that time I was experiencing a strange phobia, so very hampered in my career and business. I ask my friend for his healing, in the second time in hypnosis I experienced a very drastic change, including changes in my career and business.

What do you think about hypnosis, have you ever been in a state of hypnosis or trance. And do you believe in all this? Who do you think is the best specialist in the field of hypnosis from now on?

There are people who have been hypnotized before and i believe that it's a real thing. There's science behind it on how minds can be manipulated into believing what other people want you to believe and do.
people who are not well trained can lead a process in the wrong direction or mistaken it further. It is important  they have certificates that prove the qualified as a therapist . Not everyone can work with hypnosis

The person who hypnosis you can command anything, and you will comply

This is another of the most common misperceptions, usually related to the misperception of the number 1.so, as if the hypnosis person is mastered, the hypnosis person is powerless to refuse orders, etc. This is not true. do you think, if this perception is true, instead of hypnotic people who may already be on their own private island, while enjoying life? 😀

to be able to enter and be accepted by the subconscious mind, an idea must not be against the values that are in the unconscious. for example, a person who is in a hypnotic state will not accept suggestions if he is suggested to kill his own mother because that is against the values stored in the subconscious mind. but then maybe you think, "but on television, I see people being told all sorts of things and publicly shaming themselves, they can not refuse." I have an answer to arguments like this .

secondly,  People have been pondering and arguing over hypnosis for more than 200 years, but science has yet to fully explain how it actually happens. We see what a person does under hypnosis, but it isn't clear why he or she does it. This puzzle is really a small piece in a much bigger puzzle: how the human mind works. It's unlikely that scientists will arrive at a definitive explanation of the mind in the foreseeable future, so it's a good bet hypnosis will remain something of a mystery as well.

But psychiatrists do understand the general characteristics of hypnosis, and they have some model of how it works. It is a trance state characterized by extreme suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination. It's not really like sleep, because the subject is alert the whole time. It is most often compared to daydreaming, or the feeling of "losing yourself" in a book or movie. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you

Hypnosis is a state of human consciousness involving focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. The term may also refer to an art, skill, or act of inducing hypnosis. Theories explaining what occurs during hypnosis fall into two groups. Altered state theories see hypnosis as an altered state of mind or trance, marked by a level of awareness different from the ordinary conscious state

During hypnosis, a person is said to have heightened focus and concentration. The person can concentrate intensely on a specific thought or memory, while blocking out sources of distraction.[7] Hypnotised subjects are said to show an increased response to suggestions.[8] Hypnosis is usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction involving a series of preliminary instructions and suggestion. The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy", while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as "stage hypnosis". Stage hypnosis is often performed by mentalists practicing the art form of mentalism.
