Yes that's correct, obviously the rational way is to stop gambling but an addict doesn't think rationally well being honest not just addict but anyone. If you lose some money gambling, most probably your instinct will be to win back that loss and then quit gambling, but we all know what happens you never make up the loss even if you do you will probably keep playing for more profit and eventually lose again.

I've been there also, but bro i suggest don't give up. If you really want to gamble then find a good strategy, think why you are losing. What i did was i set goal everytime i gamble, when i reach this goal i will stop, set also a lose limit, that way you will not lose all your BTC or token. If you are into dice find a good script and try it with small crypto currency and if it working then use Bitcoin.

I think you must stop on gambling because as you said you always loose and its not for you. About the "when i'm bored" hobby that you said, you can find another thing for you to consume your time like you can watch movies, you can play computer gamed, etc. Unless you are really addicted to gambling.

Bet smaller amounts so you don't go bankrupt that quickly

It is good at least he knows that is loosing too much money and he is opening such threads. I was once addicted to gambling too much and never quite realized it the effects were very brutal and at a time I had to sell off my car and some more items like my mobile and all.
I still never realized that gambling was wrong, it is good that this guy knows his work and knows he is doing wrong.

Gambling should be also meant to just pass your time, I believe any entertainment when crosses its limits becomes a addiction and a addiction that involves money like gambling can be seriously dangerous.
I think if someone is loosing all his money and anything they earn, they must make a rule of whatever they will earn will be cashed to their fiat and hence avoiding any chance of loosing it.

And you will continue to lose them until the negative side of that action becomes stronger than whatever internal positive effects you are feeling. It may be adrenalin rush or something and a big lose always creates a stronger feeling than a win. That means that not only will you continue to do this until something bad happens to stop, it also means that you are probably subconsciously making yourself lose.

if every gamblers have set their limit for winning and loss, i think gamblers can minimize the chance to get loos all of their money so they can playing gambling again in other days. but since gambling is an attractive and tempting games, its attracted many people trying to playing gambling but they don't thinking to far about the loss. i think we should not make gambling as our serious thing because we can not always make winning in the game and its only makes us to comeback to test our luck in other day.
