Hi I am new to Bitcointalk and crypto how do I be of significance to the forum and Bitcoin community as a whole.
I

Just the exact type of questions so many newbies ask. What I do is usually mark the username of such newbies, in 3 months later, I will check them and by then their main purpose of joining the forum would be exposed. But then, so many doesn't make it beyond Jr member.

To answer you and add to what Lovesmayfamilis said. The forum does not need you to be significant to its existence, just learn from the forum and be significant to yourself. No matter how harsh it sounds, that's just the truth.

Hi I am new to Bitcointalk and crypto how do I be of significance to the forum and Bitcoin community as a whole.
You don't have to think of doing something extraordinary in here .... just chill and look for the most critical ways to be of help; be humble and try as much as possible to listen and take advices from older members in here.
"You cannot give what you don't have" - with that, develope an attitude of growth and let everything you do in here be of good refinement towards the the forum's VALUE ... That too should lead you on a quest to know the value in question.

I am also a newcomer who just registered today.
Of the 38 replays on this topic, I would like to thank you because the questions written on this topic have represented what I should be asking so I don't need to ask them over and over again.

If I may add, what is the most basic thing about Bitcoin that I need to learn?

Hi I am new to Bitcointalk and crypto how do I be of significance to the forum and Bitcoin community as a whole.
I
There have been lots of suggestions and input given by people to make you more useful while on the forum, so what you should focus on is learning a few things based on the suggestions and input that have been given by these people. I guess it's something you can learn slowly to get you to the discussion skills stage, just be yourself and don't follow the habits of people you can't learn perfectly, find what you master slowly because it will help you develop.

Knowledge will lead you to a constructive discussion stage and the more you read the more understanding and insight you will gain. Knowledge is one way that can push yourself to grow more in the forum, what you need is consistency to learn all that slowly, there is nothing more important than benefiting the many people in a forum with knowledge than hoping to become someone important.

From the looks mate other members have furnished you with possible information you require to keep yourself updated with activities and happenings onboard this platform and bitcoin as a whole. So I would advise you do not only rely on those information, learn to do your own research too so that if there are any possible activities that looks suspicious you can be able to note them and avoid them and also you can report them here for us to know. As a newbie, you can also contribute to the platform from those research knowledge you have gotten so we too can be able to learn from you.
Haven said all these together with others it is believed you have been able to get response that are tangible and meaningful to working with so in that case it would be nice you further lock this thread to avoid spamming.

I
Welcome to this forum friends, the first thing I can suggest to you, don't forget to read the rules that exist and apply in this Btt forum. So that it will make it easier for you in the future.

Then if you want to be someone who is important and appreciated by fellow users in this forum, the point is you have to be able to make useful contributions for other users. For example, providing useful news, both knowledge and information, especially about crypto/bitcoin, which is made through threads or replies. Actually that's the main point, because this is a discussion forum that contains lots of discussions, starting from Bitcoin, crypto, economics, gambling, and there are many other discussions. So if you are an expert in the field I mentioned above, you can maximize that expertise to participate in the discussion. And the most important thing is just do it while learning, because sooner or later, you will definitely understand all the conditions in this forum, so that you can be appreciated by other users.

It won't be necessary for me to say much, but I would want to extend a warm welcome to you as a new forum participant. The only piece of advice I can provide is to not worry about investing right immediately when you join the forum; rather, focus on learning more about bitcoin, including both its advantages and disadvantages. This is due to the fact that a wise investor would have an investment mindset and intends to keep his or her coins for a while.
Also As a new member, you should be aware that joining this forum does not guarantee that you will become wealthy or have everything you desire in time for it to be needed. You must be patient, and if you pay attention to what the other members have taught you, I'm sure you won't regret joining the forum.

As a brand new user of this forum you need to read the rules and regulations first, which I see many forum members already suggested with thread links.
If you need any kind of help regarding bitcoin and this forum you can search that topic on the search bar. If anyone inbox you for teaching you something or anyone send any kind of link just ignore it. Those are most probably scam attempt.

Welcome to this wonderful forum of bitcoin enthusiasts.

Bitcoin needs full adoption globally and I in that aspect you could do something by reaching out to people about it in your locality.
I don't think this is a good advice to give to a newbie, OP is relatively new to the Bitcoin network, and they do not know anything about Bitcoin, what OP should be doing right now is garnering Bitcoin knowledge. It is imperative that one understands something properly before educating other people about it, this is important so that one doesn't give out erroneous or dated information. Having said that, nobody should be compelled to talk to people about Bitcoin, it may even be somewhat unsafe to do so, especially for a newbie.

Well questions like this, have the potentials of putting pressures on a user and ad a newbie, you shouldn't be bothered over significance as there are a whole lot of top users who aren't significant  on the forum and are still doing well.
I would implore you to change your state of mind and just enjoy your stay while you're here and try as much as possible  to explore the forum as well as do more of reading rather than wanting to jump on every topics we get.
There is a link below that would  help you scle through in the forum and shoukd take out time in reading it.
