The notes you've given does not apply for newbies alone, even for other members in the forum should make sure they commit to such reminders. The forum is too vast actually yet that does not give you the right to keep on posting unnecessary or unrelated stuffs on the topics you see. If you really wanna do well in the future, you should exert more effort on everything you do here in the forum. Do not expect anything good if you are not even making yourself more knowledgeable each day you spend here so that both the forum and the members can benefit from your presence.

I have joined this forum for a while, and I am learning some new encryption knowledge every day. I think this forum is great. I can learn a lot of knowledge, know a lot of people, and know a lot of interesting things. I can now make a good investment by myself. I just learned about cryptocurrency through my friends. I still have to thank my friends. It allows me to learn a lot of knowledge. Hope that new friends of encryption can also learn some useful knowledge every day.

There are a lot of heroes and legends. They have done a lot of work. Don’t let them find out that your posts are spam in the future. good luck
I'm afraid I can not agree with this sentence. What do you mean by saying"Don’t let them find out that your posts are spam in the future"? sounds like you are about to post some spams in the future. I didn't mean to interpret like this, but it's suspicious to me
Any spam is not welcome here. I'm a newbie, too. We should learn from these heroes and legends, try to help and communicate with others with sincerity. Spams are not welcomed and not allowed, just a waste of time and energy.
hopefully, you were just making a joke. Good luck to all of us rookies and unit as one, we'll make this forum a better place

Thank you for your reply, thank you, this is my simple summary, I will follow and do it.
Continue being like that and you'll learn many things sooner or later. If you haven't found same thread in this forum then you can create a new thread to ask for help. Also, just be yourself whenever you participate or join in discussions and don't worry about hurtful criticism as it is the fuel of your willingness to learn. I am hurt or get mad because of criticisms before but it help me get strong and know if I am wrong in some part or partial wrong in some situation. It helps you go as time goes, grow as you learn new things and glow when you achieve many things.

I just want to make it clear that this is not a Satoshi Nakamoto Forum, This is a Bitcoin Forum where Discussions about Bitcoin(not Satoshi Nakamoto) and its surroundings are being Discussed. I agree with the majority of what you said and actually think that what you mentioned should be done not only by newbies but also members who have been here in the forum for a while.

Anyway, Welcome to the Forum!
True and theymos stated that this forum is about sharing ideas which you exactly said, learning and many more. I have seen some newbies or rookie create the same thread over and over again without thinking of there is a thread already with the same content or questions. I have came across with newbies like that not just long ago.

My account registration time is not long, and there are  a few replies, but I have known the bitcoin Forum for a year. I have learned a lot. I will spend more time studying here in the future.
I want to give some advice to rookies like me.

  • Don't care about your text layout at the beginning, although it will appear to be very professional in replying to posts, focus on the content, and content is king.
  • Don't talk empty words, lie, don't post wall of words. It makes people feel annoying to read.
  • Don't plagiarize, this is the most shameful, even if your views are not very attractive.
  • Maintain a high level of learning spirit, be humble, cautious, post some high-quality posts, take your time, and improve while learning. This is not a crash course.
  • Don’t think about doing illegal things, you will disappear in the forum soon
  • Your success or whether you can take off as a rookie comes from your contribution to the forum, sincere and selfless is the best way.

You have written well but I still want you to follow what you have written cause sometimes, things are easier said than done  although I will take heed to this, and I also want you to do likewise mate.

    • Don't plagiarize, this is the most shameful, even if your views are not very attractive.
It's obvious that community of bitcointalk stipulates it categorically that plagiarism is against the rules and regulations of the community and whoever that is caught via plagiarising work will be penalized, so everyone forbid that, so while newbies always fall victim of plagiarism is because they are inquisitive to rank up to the community and they taught that all copy and paste work are quality post, the answer is "No"

    • Maintain a high level of learning spirit, be humble, cautious, post some high-quality posts, take your time, and improve while learning. This is not a crash course.
It's very easier to maintain high quality of learning here, but that equally happen only if we follow the procedures of education or apply our initiative via leaning, so learning here start from observation and it's not exceptional, secondly a personal research improve our level of comprehension or understanding in different ways, thirdly read and verify before posting or commenting and also observe corrections.

    • Don’t think about doing illegal things, you will disappear in the forum soon
    • Your success or whether you can take off as a rookie comes from your contribution to the forum, sincere and selfless is the best way.
Thinking of scamming and thing's of uncertainty can be lead to some penalty, no one that alleged doing wrong thing here that will be values like before, you state it very clear, I think everyone have to abstain from illegal performance.[/list]

I would also not agree that Satoshi Nakamoto is not discussed in this forum, it is for many one of the great fascinations, for some even a great obsession. I think that for many it is very important that they are on the forum that was started by the founder, no matter how insignificant it may be in the overall picture.
I never meant for it to sound like satoshi is not being discussed that's why I put "and its surroundings". maybe I should've worded my post better to avoid confusion, my bad.  I only put "Not Satoshi Nakamoto" just to emphasize that the main discussion in the forum is not about him but bitcoin.

For beginners or newcomers to the forum, do not rush to post, because you will not provide valuable information. What you need to do now, do not do things that are more formal than content. In fact, the author is more accurate and familiar with the rules of the forum. Improving your own awareness is the only way. There is no need for an actor here, and you will not get an Oscar statuette here.
If a newbie comes with valuable information why not post it when it's good for us to know here, as long as if don't target high rank with low quality posts it will only do you and most importantly if find unique idea then share here far better than inferior with its beginner level.

However a beginner who comes to the forum must know the forum rules and how to see other posts if you master it and understand then you can share a unique discussion here.
Suggestions and similarity are very important.

First of all every newbies should learn about basic things in the crypto community for that even they can create a thread and ask about it but don't simply ask when a question strikes on your mind because the question might be already asked by someone and got the solution so learn to use the search function which is not used by most of the newbies which lead this bitcointalk to be filled with more spam.

This is actually one of the first posts by a new member that is giving solid advice. Many people are trying to see what the fastest route to higher levels will be, without giving time to learn and contribute as much as they can. Take your time, grind it out, learn, contribute and give something back to the comunity.

I after reading your reply personally feel that you were a little bit rude to OP. There is nothing wrong in calling this forum Satoshi Nakamoto forum, as he/she started it initially. I feel that everyone has the right to use that name as without him/her we would not even be here. I also think that OP was only quoting Satoshi's name in order to make all of us familiar, who actually started this forum? please be kind to the newbies this will ultimately help our community and the forum.

The OP may have expressed himself a little awkwardly, but I believe he meant how a person under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto started this forum, although some other people later took control of the forum.  I would also not agree that Satoshi Nakamoto is not discussed in this forum, it is for many one of the great fascinations, for some even a great obsession. I think that for many it is very important that they are on the forum that was started by the founder, no matter how insignificant it may be in the overall picture.

There are a lot of heroes and legends. They have done a lot of work.

Don't judge people by their ranks, because not all Hero&Legendary members are equal in the sense that they contributed to the forum in the same way - according to the previous ranking system, everyone could reach those ranks only by being active on the forum.

If some higher rank found post that indeed spam, we just simply click thr report moderator button. Sometime reminding them about their post via reply, but the simplest way is the one I mentioned. Moderators check it and delete and act on it. Newbies usually dont care when someone quote them and corrected but a good starter always listen right? Anyway nice advice to your fellow newbies.
