Just see it as a time to buy Wink
It is always a good time to buy small amounts of btc. Not too much you can't afford to loose. Price can go lower, no one knows where is the bottom. When bitcoin recovers, you wish you had bought more now  Smiley

because of strong hands like us, we can safely say, bitcoin is here to stay.
I AM HODLING Cool

Will you continue to stronghold if it goes to 0? I think holders are only holding until it reaches a price they have on mind. Many would dump if it went over 1k again I reckon.

If your holdings are a few $100's, what's the point of dumping it at $10 or $1? This pig either flies or goes to 0.00.

Bitcoin - love & hate
August 20, 2015, 12:29:16 AM
I am still holding from price $850 ...... but just saw dumping in last year ..... when will see BTC in wallstreet market ?

Not in the near future. Why did you buy at that prices and never sold?
We had a lot of spikes the way down.

Profit lock-in is key in bitcoin.

Yea I was going to mention, the theory to these movement is the panic effect causes most value to occur or price inaccuracy.  So generally theres upset, the flock of sheep get startled and a sell off and thats the end to a bearish move.
At least in short term thats how the cycle goes, the wider picture is really more important as we can just keep blipping up for a while as the panic is incorrect before selling off to a lower low over some months.

On a few occasions the panic sell is quite correct like we saw in 2008 (in main markets) where value previously had been placed too high.  Eventually even good assets (performing) were written off below book value and that was the true bottom.   The problem we have here is Bitcoin is so circular in its worth, the traditional say it cannot succeed as its purely virtual and other say this is its strength.  Im still not sure which are correct to HODL or just speculate briefly - I imagine bitcoin must transform or it will be superseded so to purely hold or to stay still will be a fail

I see lots of people holding steady, watching it drip down. Low volume. This has happened many times. Slow drip, slow drip, slow drip, massive capitulation selloff.

you need balls to hold when prices are falling and there is so much uncertainty about the future of BTC

I haven't sold a single satoshi in nearly 2 months.  Smiley

I turned bear for the first time. Sitting now at 20% profit. :/

i'm sure lots of panic sellers sold below $200 and probably bought back in at well over $200 to not fall behind. weak hands always lose.

still HOLDING
will hold till it reached $330 USD
and if it reached $330 USD, thats the time i'll decide if i'll let go or still hold on to it  Grin

$330 is not really a level i would want to wait for to sell my coins. hold it at least till the block halving if you don't need the money.

Lol yeah. I think you should aim a little higher than 330. I also agree you should hold until at least the block halving though I think holdign them for 3-5 years would be the best investment as bitcoins growth will take time.

It might not reach $330 until after the block halving. Wink

It might not but even if it doesn't it wont matter. Bitcoin's true value will only be achieved long term and when many industries have adopted it. I would prefer the value to remain low for the next couple of years so I can aquire more. I think bitcoin wont achive its full potential in less then 5-10 years.

why not! After tha having happens, the supply will be less ! At that time its adoption rate will be huge! Many ppl may take this opportunity to buy up it, IMO it will be pumped, just like litecoin  ,which has nothing new innovation comparing with Bitcoin!
