I'm also looking for some ICO's here and found Engineer.ai which is about a blockchain and human-assisted artificial platform to make building bespoke software accessible for everyone. I think that this ill be a good investment, though they are still not having their pre-sale.

you can help me develop and establish my project i am tethering the token to the euro creating a huge marketcapitalisation,

When you do really like to invest without any regrets on making such decision you can anytime search on your own which you can able to say on yourself which is good or bad one. Try to check here
