I made quite  a big loss of 5BTC today. I had 8.5BTC left, and at PD, I made a big bet and won 4BTC. Then, instead of betting the 4BTC, as I usually do so that I won't lose my principal, (I think I accidentally hit max, otherwise it is not possible), I bet my entire balance for some odds (1.4x or so), and Lost!

Just for the info: my total loss = my total earning till date for 2 years here = 17BTC. Sad
Bet IDs 3738681123 AND 3738420804 Primedice

I made the simple mistake of not checking my bet twice, since I was kinda nervous. Sad

So, goodbye guys, I realized that once you lose all your Bitcoins, you will lose interest.

I will probably a few years later. (I am now wishing contrary to what I wished before, that the price will go to some $50 or so, so that I might be able to buy back some and come back here. Smiley )

Goodbye

Yours sincerely
Watoshi Dimobuto aka magicbeans

I stopped gambling about 6 months ago and haven't looked back.

What are you doing instead of gambling? What helped you to stop?

I'm just coding now and earning money doing so. I'm also putting my money back into my projects so I can gain even more.
The fact that I lost a decent chunk of change helped me to stop...

indeed, i lost quite a ton too before like 4-5 btc, since then i decided to stop betting high and only play for fun, since i like football, so i only gamble a bit of btc in sportsbook

I read this topic in the middle of my own bad lose streak.
Now I don't know, should I continue to increase my bet or have to stop.
Not sure.

If you bet your whole balance, then you will end up losing everyhing sooner or later.  I am sorry that you have lost a lot of money, but it is probably better for you that you stop betting heavily on games of chance.

Sorry for your loss Cry
It's so easy to hit MAX button on PD (and many other dice sites). Sometimes I hit it instead of neighbor x2 button.

That's why gambling is bad.
I lost more than you about 2 years ago, look at my register date. I lost all my btc. I have decided to leave from btc world, my biggest regret wasn't because I lost my btc but because I miss bubble at the end of 2013.
Don't leave from what you want to live with, but leave from what you could lose what you have.
Forget about gamble and build a new life.
We're all love btc, aren't we?, then stay here.

Happened to me last year, and since then I have limited myself from gambling. Best thing to do is, not visit the gambling sites.
Sorry for your loss.

Firstly sorry to hear you're holdings crashed.

That though is the life of a gambler unfortunately unless you are one of kind pro you will always lose everything  Cry

Go away work hard and recoup you're losses but when you come back and you will come back leave the rigged gambling sites alone, the truth is you was already gambling the moment you brought BTC so there is little need to go to a site that will basicly steal you're money.

Gambling like that or worse you do need a break and a check back to reality, BTC is not going to $50.

Again take a break and try give you're self a good talking to before buying more.

Learn to trade or something you enjoy other than that crap.

Good luck

why not do some work for people here(assuming you have some kind of skill) to earn some btc? or sell your sr member account to make a little? btc price is only 200ish right now also so you could buy 1 or 2 cheap enough also. hate to lose a fellow bitcoiner over a simple misclick
