It's important that you don't just drop a topic here but also, you read them and practice all that you've read as much as you can in the off-topic boards. A lot could be ignored there so long as you don't break major rules like plagiarizing someone's content, spamming and probably be involved in scamming. These are highly prohibited as well as I know it.

I won't be saying much on the matter as most of the need to know has already been said above but then, ensure you go through the rules and do you best in staying active, making quality contributions to the forum, learning from everything you encounter on the forum and people's experience.

Just to tell you, your account has no anh kind of wallet here, no one pays through bitcointalk's account if they have been hired to a certain campaign or other means of doing trades inside this forum.
Well, if you want to earn, you might want to offer your service here, sell something, etc. Regarding to the rank, you might be hired someday if you're at rank which are eligible for signature campaigns here. When you reached Member rank, you can apply to signature campaigns that looks for Members. The higher the rank, commonly higher paid.

All the contents of this forum are available to all ranks and you can equally participate in all discussions here. Try to get actively involved in the discussions and contribute something valuable to the community. Don't just focus on ranking up, that will come naturally by actively participating on the forum.

Why you need higher forum rank?
Bitcoin earning and forum rank are not directly related and you can earn bitcoin in many ways through translation, programming, logo design and other paid projects in the market section of the forum and also outside the forum.
I advise you to focus on what you can contribute to the forum and how you can help others instead of thinking about the forum rank and merits.

Wrong, you can still earn bitcoins if you have the ability to serve the community with your creativity such as content creation service, signature creation and other service.

Joining a bounty program also allows people to earn bitcoin only if the altcoin project they support is successful and participant are paid in token or coin which can then be converted into bitcoin.

Actually the OP's question have been answered quite often by the public and almost every day I see the same question lately. In my opinion, all the suggestion that have been answered are very good for the OP to learn, so there is no need to tell further. That would be very confusing.

1: You can increase your rank by studying the threads and making valuable and on-topic constructive posts. you'll get merits on those posts which is required to increase ranks.

2: Bitcointalk itself is not an earning platform. it does not offiical offer any way of earning. but there are many ways which you can use to earn like joining signature campaigns. doing jobs in services. joining bounties. selling digital goods etc etc.

3: to see and withdraw your earning you need a bitcoin and altcoin wallet. I advise you to download trustwallet it supports almost every currency and you can store your coins their safelyl.
