Don't care too much about other people's eyes, you can control the time yourself, you don't need to let others know, you like the current job, and it is enough to meet your expenses.
And I was wondering, are there other people like me who are facing such mistaken thoughts and view from persons around their neighborhood towards them and how are they handling it.
You're not the only one who has experienced such an incident, in the area where I live it's also the same, here the majority of people work every day, some work in factories, offices, farmers, sell in shops and build houses or something like that.while I'm just at home every day, but I have money, from my trading results in bitcoin and other crypto.
people automatically wonder, where do I get my money from, and sometimes someone says I'm lazy, because they think I only use my parents' money, even though I'm at home, I still work, invest in bitcoin, have a YouTube channel ,and I'm active on Instagram.
but I understand what they say, because in my area not many people know about crypto investing and the like, so I don't think badly of them.
First thing is I appreciate your state of mind that you are not influenced or carried away by our typical society norms that is working 9 to 5 is a must for your happy life and similarly business should be your life. You can be a happy person without a job and now in today's world there are zillion ways to earn money like online ,freelancer and online business. So the mindset of people shouldn't be your headache.
Getting a job these days can be very frustrating especially high paying job can could give us good pay that we can use to feed our family without any complain. population is increasing everyday as people keep giving birth to children without any control to make sure that we do not have a population level that will make food scarce and employments hard to get. We just need to keep managing the little we are earning to make sure that life is better.
Thats true with this uncontrollable inflation just job with a minimum pay cannot do anything,if you want to live a peaceful life you should have a job who pays you a heavy amount ,which is not happening realistically so that's why people nowadays are preferring to look for freelancing work or work from home or small scale businesses . Yes ,what you want with your life is your concern not others so live your life like the way you want and be happy and satisfied.

Most of the people are not seeking jobs these days - there is a great trend of freelancing and work from home And all the credit goes to COVID where people were at ease that they are not the one who suffers only. the whole world is sitting home

To be honest, ive been in your position exactly a year ago, while it seems i need those paychecks but im too lazy to work. I got no motivation, no support from my friends, family and other close relatives.
I might have to resume working two jobs. I was experiencing a great deal of anxiety while doing this. I'm not sure if I can return to this way of life. It tells how the string the traditional way of doing things have gripped such a person. It makes them adamant to change and when things don't change, they break.

From the look of things around my ambient and how my neighbours view me and based on rumours, some persons are of the thoughts that am just one jobless guy within the neighborhood who is always either seen operating one gadget sitting at our balcony.
Some are just of the opinion that I might just be involved in one of those scamming internet fraudsters and that's why am always seen pressing and operating my gadget without any concern of looking for a job that would take me out of the house on work days just like my other counterparts within my neighborhood that are graduates like me. Although I have an office work which needs my presence just ones or twice a month as I could just stay at home and do the rest job from my laptop.
I try to manage my time into Bitcoin and my office job but as someone that lives an aloof life, as am of a well reserved lifestyle. So many persons have nothing of any idea about me and my private life within my neighborhood. And I believe it's due to this that they are of the opinion, assumptions and thoughts that am one jobless or internet scammer within the neighborhood as am always seen doing nothing but just with operating of my gadget.

I have been jobless for 3 years now. These campaigns have saved me during that rough time
This is the thought of the public when they don't see you hurrying to work by 8 am and sweating back in the evening around 5 pm but the life we are now has gone past that stage and very few people understand it that way while others refuse to understand but you are not living your life for anybody. The internet is there for everyone one to source out opportunities and if you have found your part with the knowledge you got online then maximize your time, gains and profit.

This type of mistaken perceptions affect a lot of people, not only you. At my place, it's common to be viewed as an internet fraudster if you don't go to work, but constantly on your phone, especially a laptop, and are able to live comfortably without seeking assistance from others. No matter how much you try to explain things to others, it won't work. Some even go as far as to report you to security officers in charge of busting cybercriminals, but those personnel don't do a good job of investigating before charging and robbing you off by accepting bribes to let you go.
In the end, you should just let them be and stop trying to impress them with how well you're doing since that's what causes people to report you to the authorities (using my place as an example in this case). Continue doing what you're doing so long as it brings in a few dollars, regardless of what the rest of society thinks.

Known of my business with anyone, all what I know is things am doing are right then fine. People love to judge in their on perspective which is wrong. In this world whether you like it or not people will talk about you whether it is true or lie. Just know that things you are doing are right. Then move on.
People will always talk because talk is cheap, the world have change, not as before need to leave their houses to work everyday. Their are lot of online works that can be done at home that Is paying more than job that one have to go everyday. Jobs like programming , trading is what people do in there home.
