Must know before we buy COINS COINS, in this way can we better hold it, recently the price of the currency fluctuations is very big, the price dropped a lot, a lot of people sell the currency to reduce the loss, that is understandable

I, myself is new to this cryptocurrency thing and I'm also affected by these FUD roaming around the internet that is why I just invested what I can afford to lose. of course, I am hopeful that all altcoins will bounce back soon. let us hope for the better and ignore negativity.

We don't need to worried about happen in cryptocurrency that the bitcoin are going down.
I hope if that problem is finished maybe all altcoins are still going to be back and giving some a high value. I am just waiting for this happen because i just want to trade some of my altcoins.

Guys calm down, All calm down and don't eat the FUD that most of people are spreading, they just want to make the price lower and lower so they can buy more. All crypto currencies gonna recover as soon as possible, no need to worry about the medias spreading FUD. Calm, Hodl and Sell High Cool

High fees = low BTC price

I think the coin that will bounce back the slowest is Bitcoin because of the mental high fees
and people really not liking to be mugged at the door.

Now is a good time to look for coins that are bucking the trend just to make a note
and don't be so convinced that it's all due to South Korea because we are being
played

You do know that bitcoin is a high risk investment before you get into it.  As you can see, the value of bitcoin has the highest chance to change suddenly and unexpectedly.  Calm down.  Breath-In, breath-out.  Hold. Before you know it, bitcoin is soaring high again.

I am currently wondering what FUD is going around that has driven the value so low at the moment because am not seeing any at all as of this moment. Could the abnormal transactions fees also be a factor as well.

It's not just bitcoin but most cryptos seem to have taken a big hit. There's always going to be uncertainty surrounding bitcoin as it rises just as much as it falls due to speculation on it and people always panic even on the whiff of some bad news that may or may not turn out to be true, but the big news (or unnecessary panic) seems to be from South Korea proposing a ban on crypto exchanges: http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/bitcoin-price-latest-crytocurrencies-including-ethereum-plunge-after-south-korea-regulation-a8161291.html

It's probably not even that big of a deal and may not even go through but of course that doesn't stop people crapping themselves over it as usual.

In the long run, I really believe that Bitcoin's price will be a lot more than this.. I just started out a few months ago but I understood how Bitcoin and crypto in general can make things more convenient, not only because of their price.

Everyday, more and more fud are being spread all throughout the internet because of the recent happenings on bitcoin. Which causes the prices to decrease even more. Even when they do not have enough knowledge about bitcoin peole believe them because they are famous. I think this will be bad for bitcoin. Specially for newbies that only bought bitcoins for greed and don't understand how it works. They will surely panic sell and also spread fud about bitcoin because they lost capital because of their stupidity. This really is a but scary. But i sure won't be selling my bitcoins no matter what.

I think that BTC price depends on behaviour of big criptocurrency players. It is their way to earn more money - make a panic for dump and then pump BTC

HODL - Hold on for dear life. Investing in bitcoin is risky if you want to earn long term then you have to HODL!

Well not always but yeah this chinese situation is worrying and not good for bitcoin although it is not good for any crypto.

If you bought it at a much lower price then you can sell and still make a profit but many people have regretted panic selling bitcoin before.

FUD news make people fear and sell all in loss. They accept loss and prefer investing in safety.
It's depend on your choice. Risky investors take huger profit.

Everyone is worried. Especially after December when everything grew crazy, and now it's going down and because of the panic, everything rolls faster. Everyone believes in a bright future for cryptocurrency, and how it will be - we will see.

You can look at it two ways really, one is that the FUD is never ending and you can't HODL long enough for you to reach your goals. Second would be it's the ripe time to strengthen your position and take advantage of really cheap Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. But hey, it's really up to you and this is not financial advise, you really should do your own research and come to your own conclusions here and also don't get too emotional with it - that's how you lose your pants.

I too have had episodes of worry recently...I totally believe in the future of Bitcoin in particular, but had to rationalize how selling a small amount could make a difference to my life at the moment. The media hype and relish when the prices start falling has to be seen for what it is, like when they cover anything else! Hold tight if you can afford to do that and you still trust in Bitcoin's potential. As said on here time and again; if you read the philosophy behind the technology then your outlook will be different to those recent folk jumping on board for a quick profit. If you are really worried then maybe it is better to settle and get out rather than being unable to cope with any losses. Crypto is not worth giving yourself a hear attack over, after all Wink

There's nothing you can do about others panicking but this uncertainty is just part of bitcoin now and for newbies not used to it a lot of them get worried when they look like they might be losing all their money and cash out when they can but that's just weak hands for you. If you're in it for the long-term then you shouldn't have anything to worry about and once the dust has settled the value will likely climb back up as it usually does, but nothing is ever guaranteed. You said you won't be selling your coins no matter what and mentioned other's greed, but I'm guessing you do have some sort of value in mind that you would sell at because what else are you going to do with them? Hold til you die? I think you seem to be worrying about the value of bitcoin just as much as the others who panic and sell are but remember greed works both ways especially if you're overly concerned merely about the fiat value of bitcoin short term.
