I bought lots of bitcoins when BTC was at 2K$/BTC...
If I didn't spend most of them I could now be RICH! (or even millonaire)

Don't act like me and try to keep the invests as long as possible, I could have earned LOTS of $ but I earned about 500$ instead.
I can't be angry with myself as I didn't lose anything, but I didn't earn as much as I could have earned.

What are your stories about BTC? What do you think about mine?

Have a nice day

Time to move on and make another step to richness. It's not a bad thing that you spent most of your bitcoin if you really in need that time. Besides, it's not yet too late to invest again especially bitcoin's market value is down.
I was investing at 12K USD last year before it skyrocketed to 20K USD and i my profit is doubled and i feel just lucky that time.

I could have been billionaire if I knew about bitcoin in 2011, but unfortunately I found out about it couple month ago and I am angry only with my stupidity.

The most important thing is to overcome bad situations. Just think how many people don't believe in crypto even today.
You lose yes, but you are aware of the crypto and you have valuable experience and we all know how many chances we have left to earn big bucks.
Imagine those people that still don't know. They will start to invest when Bitcoin reach 500k or later lol

I think it must be because of greed that people missed the chance when they had it. My understanding was that the people that benefited the most and got rich are the ones that understood the value of bitcoin.
The HODL knowing that the value of it is greater than the then current prices.

As for me my regret is not getting on the action earlier as I had some money in 2015 but ended up using it all up. Could have bought some Ethereum then and I would have been a millionaire too.

I think I am even more unfortunate that you. I purchased my coins when the exchange rate was only around $10 per coin. At one point, I had as many as 70 BTC in my wallets. But I lost around 30 BTC in a ponzi scheme and then misfortune struck me. I lost my job in 2014. I had to sell some of my coins, to take care of the expenses. I sold another 30 BTC, at around $200 per coin.

That's why you will see a lot of members preaching that bitcoin is for long term hold. Because just like what you have been gone through. IF you just have the mental toughness not to dump, then you are one rich fellas by now. Regrets, regrets....... Sad

Thanks for sharing, you newbies should learn from your mistakes. Never ever sell your coins unless you really needed fiat money. And do not panic sells.

I bought bitcoin when it was < $1K, then sold some, then goes in the market during dips and last sold some of my stash when bitcoin was above $18K. Continue to hodl what's left, then buying at this perfect time.

any investment in crypto is always at great risk. regarding the rise and fall of bitcoin values, I have experienced many dramas for myself personally. If you believe, you can still withstand bitcoin for a long time. you know, bitcoin remains very potential even though its value is currently down.

When I started  bitcoin very late on that time bitcoin is in prosperity level . In beginning  I got some loss in my bitcoin trading. But I'm not going to blame now because blaming my self will only give us depression . I am very happy in what I'm now.

Atleast you had the chance to buy bitcoins at that time. I cannot despise you because I am only starting but I don't want to invest my own money to bitcoins. I want to hold my first alt coins that I will gather as long as 3 months so that I can gain the maximum amount of profit that I can earn with my efforts.

Nice advise from you. IMO, it is best to hold BTC as I believe BTC can make me a millionaire too. I did convert a small portion of BTC to fiat previously when the price was $1600, but I didn’t regret it because I need money at that time. Fortunately, I still keep the rest of my BTC.

In today's economic environment you may have trouble reaching millionaire status. But the first step is to focus on efforts to increase income gradually and repeat it.

Regret is always at the endnof the story, well for now regrering all those wasted and not-so-good decisions about your bitcoin won't give you any benefit. Just look at it as a lesson learned and keep your "crypto mindset" always on a positive note. Make that yiur learning experience.

Almost same stories with you but no investments. Actually, i got.my bitcoin through faucets. That time, faucets are giving largE amount of satoshi. Everyday i claim my satoshis in many different faucets. I am not sure how much or overall total of what i claimed, but to tell you honestly if i just keep it, maybe it will worth a thousands of dollar. There's a bit of regret but at that time i dont have any knowledge about holding bitcoins for long time would benefit me a lot. Still, that experience gain me a knowledge that somehow or some point we need to think long term.

Well, all is risk. I noticed that people who have money can risk it a lot easier then people who dont. I believe it was harder to put money in bitcoin when he was on 1k then currently on 10k

If I am in your position, then I will do the same thing, because maybe at that moment the only thing in our mind is to make a profit, so there is every chance that bitcoin will be sold.

You know what, I bought some bitcoins when the price was $1000+ and suddenly the price dropped to $400. I thought it was the

end of Bitcoin, but I held on and I even bought more at $400. Some of those bitcoins that I bought at $400 were sold for $18,000+

and still hoarded more than 50% of the coins I bought back then. The secret is --<< NEVER Sell ALL your coins >>--  Grin

Your story will probably help me and other users watching this forum in a future! Thanks for your opinion!
It was just a beginning of your holding, if you would have the chance to continue then do it as not everyone has given the opportunity to do it, some wants to but lack of financial, and some are hiding from their fear. If you would hold your coin and convert it after five years then your status would have been 'I am now a millionaire, thanks to bitcoin'.

It's the nature of this platform, but it doesn't mean that you are not able to become a rich people in the future. I think this price recession will not last for a long time, I hope within this month, Bitcoin price will come at our satisfactory level and this situation will recover very soon.
I think this type of scary situation could be never wanted for any investor or trader, I am sure that most of them are very disappointed about this time. In fact, they are still trading for getting it as they want.
