I think he is saying that he should not be labeled a scammer. He doesn't appear to be complaining about loosing the value of his collateral.
yep thats what i think hes saying too, he had collateral so how is he a scammer?
It's possible 'scammer' is not the right word to use (that's arguable) but OP is definitely untrustworthy. The deal was not selling the account for 0.1 BTC, OP agreed to repay the loan and if he doesn't repay it then he's not respecting his own word. I would never trust or deal with a user whose word is worthless.
Besides that a big issue with OP is his trust abuse:
Yeah, I wouldn't say he's a scammer. He secured the loan so nothing was scammed. Like op is complaining about it's actually good for the lender he didn't/can't repay because he can make much profit on the account. Op has nothing to complain about in this regard because he offered it as collateral and knew the terms.
True Irfan got a good profit but therr is no reason for him to give his account back. Also calling scammer when a person do a quick-sale via loan is not a recent thing After all, it is a loan not a sale. I can correct the word in negative feedback if someone tells me more appropriate word which I can agree with.
Have you considered putting it as plain as
Defaulted borrower? IMO, If you think it is not being clear enough you could still rephrasing it as
Untrustworthy defaulted borrower. Just my 2 satoshi, however.
I dont care what you think. He earn on this loan 300% this is not normal. I lost 0.2BTC or even more and you told i not be trusted what is wrong with you guys.
And im not scammer.
It doesn't matter if he earned 300% on the collateral - you didn't pay your loan on time and you didn't have an agreement for him to refund the excess value to you. Keep in mind the value of the collateral could have dropped as well (scam accusations on account), in which case you wouldn't be complaining, right?
I'm ok with using your terminology -
what do you want to call yourself seeing you failed to pay back a loan as promised? You shouldnt call him anything, what if he had problems to pay the loan, wich he obviously did, you cant know what happened exactly. If someone does not pay a loan because he simply cannot i wouldnt call him a scammer, if he doesnt pay it because HE DOESNT WANT TO, now thats a different story
If he can't pay, he should tell it
before due date. He obviously avoided it and now asking account back realizing the value.
+1. I think also that BitcoinBoss666 abusing trust feedbacks to retaliate & silence people here not agreeing with him, e.g. like you or EcuaMobi, only make him look more untrustworthy than ever. Screenshot to preserve evidence, here:
